Overpaid for services involving the secretary more than the lawyer, which was supposed to be a flat fee. Poor communication, rude, terrible attitude and withheld information. Didn’t deliver, not worth your time and value. Never recommend.

They were recommend to me when we were buying our first home, and I'm so glad because they were fantastic. Both Grant and Sarah were a pleasure to deal with, and understand that it's confusing as hell buying your first home. They always gave us clear instructions on what we had to do next, and I'd recommend them again in a heartbeat. Sometimes they're a tad slow on responding to emails, but a quick phone call always gets your questions answered with a smile.

I was trying to buy a new home, which requires a real estate lawyer. My sister had previously used this law firm and had said it was okay. Not ideal response time when I had a tight closing, it took 6 day to respond and I'm not sure the company would have responded if I hadn't called. Maybe try calling versus e-mailing.

Twice, we have dealt with Poulsen's Law Office for a commercial real estate transaction, with more than one mortgagor involved, more than one property involved, and lots of other paperwork, and (as is usually the case with things like this), everything had to be done quickly before a looming deadline.So, what did we get from Poulsen Law Office?We got quick service, a willingness to answer questions and clarify matters, a meticulous approach, and a sunny demeanour, and at a substantially lower fee than what the mortgagor's lawyer was charging. (Don't tell them I said that!)I will never use another real estate lawyer.
