Lanron Inspections

We used Lanron for our home inspection and were very pleased with the service. Ron was very thorough and knowledgeable throughout the house, while also providing tips and recommendations on proper maintenance and how to ensure maximum longevity of all aspects of the house. He was also very personable and easy to get along with. The report was provided same-day and was very detailed and professional. Overall we would recommend to anyone!

I really appreciated how thorough the inspection was and the numerous tips for maintenance and areas I could improve. Ron was great at explaining to me what is to code, but could be better, and what is something I should be more concerned about. As a first time home owner, I really appreciated his matter-of-fact approach to the basics of home care and maintenance. He was easy to get along with as well!

Ron did a fantastic job of the home inspection of our home. Everything that he suggested and that were in the inspection report were pertinent to the safety and maintenance of our home. With his fancy camera, he was also able to see through walls and detect a leak in the roof which ultimately resulted in a reduction in price for the house. His advice was confirmed when the roofers needed to replace 1’x7’ of rotten sheathing from our roof. Thankfully, we were aware of this problem through Ron’s thorough and informative inspection. In addition, he is a friendly guy and is open to any further inquiries we might have about our house and home improvements.
