I have been working with Defender Security Group Ltd for the last 17 months. The defender management is highly professional, cooperative and responsive. The company provides good working environment and quickly responding to any calls or messages and any emergency on the sites. I am enjoying my job here as a family member. Our current dispatch person plus supervisor Baljinder Kaur is highly cooperative and professional.

I am working with Defender Security for more than 2 years. I found this security company as ideal place to work. Regarding management team, since I joined Defender I remained in contact with Baljinder and when ever I contacted, she always responded back and addressed all my quarries, concerns and requests in such a way that I never need to visit head office except when I need to pick up uniform from there.Because of this consistent back up support from management in the time of need I do not see the necessity to look for any other place to work.

Since my joining DSG in 2014 I have been working till to date. Their management consist of professional and dedicated employees who have vast sources and contacts. They are very strict about uniform and maintaining discipline. Though they offer minimal wages but these are paid regularly and without delay. Working with this company is amazing. I not only enjoy my shifts but also made friends and a family. Respect is the biggest thing that I learnt from this company. They provide you flexible shifts or shifts according to your need. The management is very helpful as well as friendly. Overall it’s a best place to work not only as a guard but also as a part of the management.

Most inept security company I’ve ever experienced in all my life. They send small, weak, and soft spoken young ladies to conduct security for a residential building and rather than doing their jobs they sit at the desk staring into thin air like zombies. Or they have long 1.5 hour conversations with their backs turned to cameras and facing away from the front doors of the building. Or they’re having personal phone calls talking in Hindi so that most residence can’t listen and confirm that the conversation is not work related so they lie to management when they get caught stealing time on the job and use the excuse they were talking about work.The female security guards at 50 Thomas riley who work with defender are so useless they have been targeted by organized criminals who hit up our building and break into lockers and steal items, break into our bike rooms and steal bikes and now they are carjacking from our garage as two vehicles have been stolen last month. To make matters worse a man was let into the building and tried to aggressively force entry into a mother with two small children’s unit. The lack of care and gross negligence on the part of defender security is dangerous they continuously allow these useless female security guards to chill on the job and steal time while not paying attention to cameras or doing the bare minimum. These females literally get paid to have long conversations with Hindi residents and Hindi security guards rather than doing their jobs. I would not recommend this company to any one looking for security.
