Co-op 33rd St Pharmacy

Went to pick up a prescription, was told to come back in 40 min. Left and came back, was told to sit and wait as I was next. Waited an additional 75 minutes with no word on if it was coming or not. Have other things to do, so just left. If it's going to take that long? Say something, or tell me to came back tomorrow. Extremely frustrating.

Quite disappointed on the availability of stock. Co-op branded that are made in-house, such as, sandwiches out of stock on shelving. Staff in Deli appear a tad disgruntled. Cashier and the one at self-checkout appeared half asleep. There was one staff member appeared happy with her smiles assisting 2 customers. (That’s the 1-star) Witnessed staff treating an elderly woman wrong with giving information. No wonder she appeared confused. Staff giving input by shouting one in front of her and to the sides of her. She had recently lost/misplaced personal item. I did shop here through the strike and found the temporary workers considerably friendlier and smiley.

Woman working at the butcher counter laughed at me when I asked for help. Not incredibly impressed with her customer service skills.

Called the pharmacy to order medications. Since it was a new arc I had to call to tell them to fill it. After it rang a long time someone picked up the phone said an angry NO and hung up the phone.They are usually very nice and helpful but I am not impressed, they could have answered and put me on hold.

Very rude customer service. Didn't have any lids for 5gallon refills. Should've put a sign before we fill our gallon.

When I came in to get my vaccine, the pharmacist (Ryan) was extremely amazing! He was very helpful when I told him that I'm afraid of needles and was very tolerant of my nervous blabbing. He was very informative and helped me feel relaxed! Thank you!

Woman working customer service was also working the post office. She was quite annoyed when I stepped over to check if she could page someone after standing there for about 5 mins. I wasn't rude but she threw her hands up and said yah I am working alone I'll be there when I can". If it's too much of a job for q person they should give her additional help."

Awesome pharmacy! Switched from our neighbourhood one and is such a vast improvement in service!

We shop here for years and we notice once awhile we get treated differently cause of our native american race me and my mom get followed around the store and we treated differently by staff today we had enough lady followed my my around thinking she was steeling my moms a retired social worker from the government for 40 years employee we don't steal!!!!

pharmacy staff is fantastic, the store is usually decently stocked. the cashiers/front end staff spend more time joking around and talking to each other than working or helping customers and I'm annoyed every time i stop in. i go here because it's close to my house. The temp workers during the strike were friendlier and much more helpful.
