Very deceitful and greasy as possible. They try anything to add costs or fees to anything. Watch for their brokerage fees and final payments you could loose thousands. We had an open mortgage and they tried to force us to sign for more brokers fees. I would only use them for a last resort.

My partner had gone through a messy divorce and her ex husband had deliberately tanked their shared credit to inflict as much damage as possible to her life on his exit. This put her in a vulnerable position with regards to remortgaging her home when the term expired. Do not use Premiere Mortgage for anything. All their interested in is taking your money. They will nickel and dime you anyway they can. Go elsewhere.
