Stellar service: I needed my mower serviced and had a somewhat restrictive schedule. The Service Department was open about what they needed to confirm before trying to book me, and got back to me promptly to confirm my appointment. I received a reminder call ahead of time, and the part I had to purchase was set aside for when I arrived. The shop was open to me arriving earlier-than-scheduled and got to work immediately, which was spectacular given that I came from out-of-town. The technician, Lucien, was incredibly knowledgeable, and was willing to impart his not-inconsiderable wisdom during the visit (*highly recommended for any future visits/other potential clients*)While I have not yet had an opportunity to use the winterized mower, the process of getting it serviced and set-up was very stress-free and quite affordable (besting my rough cost estimate by roughly 33%).Highly recommended business, I really could not have asked for more from a regional John Deere dealership, and they clearly exemplified the excellence the name carries!

I was surprised when I saw two one star" ratings for this location because I've only had good experiences with this service department. From the person who answers the phone to the mechanic who took a minute to show me the worn part

The service staff person was very helpful. I didn't want to afford almost 1K to replace the carburetor on an old La110. There's no reason for an invoice that high for that. I ended up paying 120 and taking it home. The original carburetor was not even cleaned. A friend cleaned it, made a small valve adjustment and runs better than before. Gone are the days of a dealer looking after the little hometowners.

The service was very good!! The service manager was very good knew her job well!! She was also very nice and friendly!! I enjoyed my visit to have my tractor serviced!

Great service and everyone was friendly. I had my older lawn tractor fixed and serviced and it runs great now. I was kept updated with what was needed and how much I already owed during the repairs, which was great and made it so there was no surprise when the bill came.

If you are looking for a John Deere tractor, I would highly recommend talking to Dylan Gillespie at Winchester's Green Tech Ag & Turf. Dylan understood my needs and did not try to oversell me. He looked at what could be done to get me the best possible price that would fit my budget. He was super-quick to respond to my emails (often outside of work hours!) and was helpful and pleasant throughout the whole purchase process. He came in person when the machine was delivered, gave me a quick tour of the tractor and the attachments I bought and offered to help if needed if I had any other questions after I had used the machine. Top notch service!

Thomas Watson the service manager was fantastic. He got my yard tractor all fixed up and back to me fast. He even directed me to the sales department and I just bought a new X350 series so now I will give my used one to our daughter. Thanks to Tom and all the sales staff for a great experience.
