PROLIFT just competed levelling our driveway and landing which in some areas were 3” low. I found them to be very knowledgeable about their product and performed the work on time and budget. John was excellent when estimating the job and was able to answer all our questions regarding the process/procedure. They left the work area clean and washed down. The installation crew performed the work in a very professional manner and answered our questions as they were doing the work. We also received quotes from other companies prior to selecting PROLIFT. Shawn and company Prolift did a terrifIc job lifting my sidewalk, patio and driveway. They were professional, Honest, thorough and efficient. I think they went above and beyond to make sure i was completely satisfied all at a reasonable price. It’s not “you get what you pay for kind of deal with this guys” they operate a tight ship, keep costs low that’s why they are able to charge a reasonable price and they don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I would definitely rehire.I had got several quotes before i decided to go with Prolift and I’m glad i did. I don’t write reviews but i was happy with the work i had to recommend this guys.

Shawn from PROLIFT was very courteous and prompt. He measured the area to be void filled and lifted and provided a very reasonable price and agreed to do the job within a few days. I did not have to wait for weeks, which was a bonus. He called the day before arrival to confirm the time. The crew arrived on time and performed the work to fill under the garage floor and driveway and lift the driveway to match the apron. They drilled more holes and filled more than I had expected. That made the quality of the work much better than I had anticipated. They were very thorough in cleaning up and made sure I was satisfied and understood the work was guaranteed. Shawn was prompt in e-mailing the invoice and receipt and again ensured I was satisfied with the work performed. Job well done!

Like many homeowners, we were dismayed to discover a cavern forming under our driveway along the garage footing and shopped for quotes to get the void filled and the driveway pad lifted back into place. Shawn at Prolift is locally-based in Beaumont and was able to provide us with an estimate the next day. He answered all our questions, both at the time and later by email, and guaranteed their work. Prolift provided an estimate that was reasonable and a good value for the work they planned to do. Shawn gave us a written estimate on site, and followed up with a detailed quote including photographs. Service was completed less than two weeks later, and the crew did exactly what they promised and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We can't judge longevity of the fix - yet - but they do back their work with a lengthy warranty and clearly care about their customer satisfaction. While some of the other quotes came with slick presentations and promises of slightly longer warranties, they also came with a premium price and sales pitch. We should note that Prolift does not include crack-sealing in their services, but from the research we did on that subject there seems to be a premium price applied to that service among other providers and its rarely-warrantied for more than a year. We're going to try it ourselves.If you're looking for driveway/sidewalk lift or void fill work, absolutely shop around, but be sure that Prolift is one of the businesses you call. Our experience so far has been nothing but positive and we'll gladly recommend them.

Huge shoutout to Shawn Terin and the boys at Prolift. Quoted me yesterday, did the job today. I’ve been hemming and hawing about fixing my sidewalk for a couple years, finally called Shawn and got it done. Excellent work. My sidewalk along my garage was slanted down 6 inches (probably like a 15 degree angle) from where it used to be (probably 20 years ago) and was a huge slipping hazard especially in the winter. I highly recommend Shawn and the boys at Prolift for your concrete lifting and leveling needs! Thanks again boys!
