They did a good job replacing the soul and heels of my boots. They had my boots less than a week. Boots felt a little stretched out after. But the heels and soul are still in good shape after wearing for a few weeks.

Brought my block heeled boots in for a heel repair and they came out as good as new! The heels were worn out almost completely (you could start to see the hollow inside of the heel) and I was concerned they weren’t repairable but they ended up looking amazing :)

the worst shoe repair ever done to my shoes. My $500 boots were ruined. The heels of my high-heel shoes were visibly uneven. ABSOLUTELY do not recommend them.
