I've been here twice, the first time the bartender was so sweet and friendly.The music is too loud generally but that's not unusual for most places.On Saturday Dec 10 though, the bartender was extremely rude, combative, and clearly very drunk. Serving friends before clients and even withholding drinks that we paid for with receipt proof. We ordered six shots, she took 30+ minutes to serve them and only gave us five. She then took the receipt after we told her we had ordered six and did not give us the sixth shot.

What sort of fun-slaying bore would dare give this pub less than 5 stars? We showed with about 30 in our group to celebrate after Derby Champs in Montreal. We happened to show up for karaoke night, and a blast was had by all!The bartender was absolutely adorable. The barback did some pretty killer karaoke himself. Billiards, video games, music and of course karaoke, all in a down-to-earth setting and they stay open LATE. Should we find ourselves in Montreal again, we'll definitely be back!

I've never had the urge to write a review before but this is it. This was the worst service i ever witnessed by far and not just from a bar, from every conceivable reality were the vague concept of customer service exist! Do yourself a favor and never go near this dreadfull place, choose ANY other bar over this one, anyone deserves better.Pst for more infoYours trulyO.G.
