Last year our hot tub was leaking, this team was great! They came out a couple of times to troubleshoot the issue and fixed the problem. Recently the heater went on our hot tub, Brian immediately offered a used replacement part - it worked and saved us $400!!! He followed up a couple of weeks later to make sure we were happy and it was working. Amazing customer service! Would always recommend them!

Our hot tub had an issue with the main breaker constantly tripping. I tried several service providers to schedule an appointment. This was an exercise in frustration. When I reached out to YorK Hot Tubs and Pools they responded promptly and we were able schedule a prompt service call. Our hot tub is partially obstructed by the decking. The service technician didn’t get frustrated and he worked around the reality of the installation. He quickly identified the problem and was able to do the repair with a part that he had in the service vehicle. The repair charge was fair. I highly recommend them!

Recently had a couple of parts replaced under our coldest of days, Brian made sure parts would be installed with little inconvenience. The technician was on time, very eager to assist with his friendly knowledge and was on his way. Visit their showroom or online and experience the best service so you can enjoy your product.

I purchased Hot Tub from this place. Delivery was really late from the date promised, steps and cover holder came a month after delivery of the Hot tub and multiple requests. Communication was terrible. Seems like we had to pull everything out of them (delivery date, steps and training). They are not answering phone calls, not returning multiple messages we left, even text messages we had a hard time getting any answers from them, end up going to the store two time to talk in person and get answers. Seems, even they don't really know what is going on . Training on site was terrible with recommendation to get everything off the Youtube. Starter package was not sufficient to operate Hot Tub.

My hot tub was not heating all of a sudden and I called for York Region Hot Tubs and Pools for service. I got an appointment the next day. Lee Anna came by on time and diagnosed the problem and she had the part for installation the following day.I was so impressed! Brian phoned me to follow up on the repair and asked if I had any other questions. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. Great prices instore on pool and spa chemicals.I would definitely recommend York Region Hot Tubs and Pools to anyone needing maintenance or service to their hot tub or pool.
