Ken is absolutely amazing. They provided our countertops for our kitchen, our pantry and they water-falled our island. Overall Ken’s customer service was amazing, the work provided was excellent and the price was fantastic.I won’t ever use anyone else.

Hi Everyone. Reliable was anything but. We went in on a monday to pick out some stone for a small job. 7 sqft. The salesman suggested an opportunity to save a few dollars by finding a remnant piece. There is no organization when it comes to remnants so it took an hour to find a suitable piece. No biggie. I provided the salesman (Travis) with an exact drawing of what we needed as well as the sink we would need the hole cut for. He promised to get back to me Tuesday with a formal quote. Tuesday and Wednesday came and went. I called on Thursday and was given excuses as to why the quote wasnt complete. It was promised for friday. Are you sensing a pattern yet. Fast forward to Thursday the following week when Travis calls to let me know they're really busy and wont be able to provide a quote until sometime in the future when they slow down a bit. So. Two wasted weeks waiting for this business to honour commitments and then they bail. Funny thing is the owners son is a friend of a friend and he highly recommended his Dads business. I guess hes unaware his Dad is not coming close to living up to any type of endorsement.Funny thing is it was never about price...it never actually got to a quote...just runaround and it might or it usually costs this much". A disappointment for sure. Run for the hills there's literally hundreds of other granite places in Vancouver."

Out StandingI've used Reliable Granite for a number of years Jim either has 2 brothers or doesn't sleep. Jim is here to work with you. They use a water cutting CNC machine to make all their sink cut outs which makes for very accurate sized openings. Site measurements and delivery within 2 weeks.

Do not use these guys! Ken gave me an initial quote that was reasonable and signed by me. Then, after months of no response from them, they moved the account to Jim and raised the price by 50%! Needless to say, I didn't go with them as they are the farthest things from reliable.
