Almost all of my shirts were given back wrinkled. That is the only reason I took my shirts there. I dont iron! I paid for my shirts to be wrinkled worse than they were when I took them there. Very disappointing and a waste of money!

Pants were not ready on promised date. That was ok. They told us to come back in two hours and they were done. Issue was they increased the price 130% to the quoted amount. They were insistent and entirely unapologetic. That's a huge price discrepancy. We thought the quoted price was fair and would not have agreed to the revised" price but they had our pants hostage. They get two stars because

I always go here and they never disappoint! I recently got my suit jacket altered and they did a fantastic job! Always on time and very friendly and always get the job done!

The husband and wife who own this cleaner are incredible people, hard working, and really care about your clothes, and you. I've been taking all my dress clothes, suites, and jackets to them for 1.5 years.Today we are getting close to Xmas. They gave me an Xmas gift. It's the 2nd Xmas they've done this. it really shows how much they care. I highly recommend. In 10 years of using dry cleaners weekly - these folks are the best!

Always come here to hem my jeans and get my shirts dry cleaned. My shirts are always cleaned and wrinkle free. Service is great and prices reasonable.I recommend this place for your dry cleaning or hemming.

My girlfriends dress was hemmed horribly and when we went back to talk to them about fixing it, the lady was super rude, couldn't see the unevenness and was very dismissive. Bad customer service.

Husband brings his suit there every time he wears it to a wedding. Recently needed it back within a short time frame and it was ready on time.UPDATE: GET A QUOTE or else you might get hosed. Asked my husband to bring in 4 panels of drapes to get cleaned. Nobody said anything about the price being high. Went to go pick them up. Tried to charge us $450. They also took all the hooks off and didn’t bother putting them back on. Will never be returning to this place. It’s too bad to because we quite often took our clothes here.

HORRIBLE!!! Too bad there is no option for 0 stars. I brought in my bridesmaid dress to be hemmed, and when I picked it up it was obviously uneven and a mess. The lady was rude, dismissive of my concerns and blind to the obvious issues. It is good

My sister-in-law and myself decided to use Park Dry Cleaners due to all the good reviews they've received online and I can firmly say I've never been so disappointed with service in my life! Not only were we told our clothes would be ready on a Monday to find that they were not and informed to come back another day. Why tell us a day to pick it up if you cannot stick to it?! What's even worse when we did finally get our items back, the belt off my winter coat (expensive winter coat) was missing. I informed them that they misplaced it and not only was I first met with denial that they lost it, they also didn't seem to care and literally said these things happen." I'm sorry but I expect to not have my items misplaced when I put them in to be dry cleaned."
