Her exemplary customer service skills, multilingual abilities, and dedication to her role as a Property Assistant Manager at 1547 make her an invaluable asset to Morguard. Well, it wasn't that good until they hire new people in the management office Rujeshana Adhihaki and Margaret Abbugao.They are awesome and way better than the previous people in the office.They are so friendly and easy to deliver an concern to them, Since they start working everything started to get fixed on time and issues from while ago is getting resolved, they even have a different forms in different languages for people with language barriers.I already invited 2 of our friends with their families to live in our building.Thanks Morguard for Hiring an fantastic team like these people.

I have been living here in 1547 for five years. Rujeshana is very professional and she has the best management. All the work is done on time. This building needs gym, party room and storage only. If morguard decides to add these in 1547 it would be best for everyone.

I have been living in this apartment for almost a year now and below is my experience . My best advise AVOID this place , it is not habitable .First few months there were not much issues, after that there were bed bug issue and when I raised complaint the response from management was very very poor.I had to pay to get the apartment treated properly and live in a bug free house . We continue having anxiety issue after the bed bug treatment .The washer dryer doesnt work very well and waste of good money , most of the residents keep calling the company to get refund on the washer and dryer since it's broken or not working.The only good thing about this apartment is it's location and accessibility.

Rujeshana Adhikari is a most professional and patient building administrator, always attentive to the needs of the tenants. I highly recommend her!
