5 star for the office staff at Residence at Weston especially Mary who has been so prompt, helpful, kind and friendly. I have lived here for 12 years and she has provided the best customer service so far. Thank you Mary, I appreciate you girl! S/O to Barley Mr. Maintenance man who has been very prompt with maintenance requests. Thank you so much guys! You’re the best!

Me and my son moved in here last month . The building is great . My son loves going into the pool and the gym . The two ladys in the office are amazing . They are the best staff of any building I have lived in in Toronto. I would recommend this place to anyone . There are schools close by , a library and lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance .

Recently moved in, and I'm absolutely loving this place. The tour I got totally convinced me. I was looking for a house but found a home. I feel super blessed and the management is excellent. They are more like family. They are warm and welcoming. Especially Mary, she gave me the tour and absolutely made me feel peace. As an international student, feeling warm and safe is hard but this place; makes me feel right at home.Thank you to the management and special thanks to Mary<3

I would pick elsewhere to move! There are cockroaches here galore. They are also renovating the building which should be good but it was not disclosed prior so it can be noisy. The building in the hallways are dark, and honestly the place has not been maintained. Recycling room downstairs is a nightmare garbage everywhere, and if you have any health issues, definitely don't come, because the place looks clean but isn't. Spend your rent money elsewhere!

Been living here for a while, 17 years, and have to say current management team and owners are great!Alot of construction happening but all improvements. New balconies, windows, halls and even upcoming upgrades to laundry area. Should be done soon. You can't have upgrades and repairs without construction! After living here so long I have to say I am actually super excited about upgrades.Mary and Christian in the office are wonderful. Always ready to help. Whenever I need repairs they send someone right away. They respond quickly. After hours there is an emergency line and they do come running for emergencies!!!As for the people talking about roaches...you need to clean your place. Lived here 17 years never a single roach but I clean daily and have asked management to spray me just in case if I hear someone has them, which they will happily do! They even have sprayed entire building from top to bottom. As with any community you will always have people who are dirty but management does everything humanily possible to help!Dream, the owners, are always looking for new programs and things to make available for tenants.As far as renting in Toronto....rent is par but they make it worth it. The building is better maintained than any other in the area that I've seen, the cleaners are out everyday. Big shout out to the entire team for working hard everyday and doing it while smiling.

I love living at this building the staff is great! Mary and Sandra is very helpful when I have an issue, they’re so awesome.! The other staff are very on point with everything.

I have been living in this building for 13 years and boy lots of changes!The building is kept clean thanks to the cleaning staff and maintenance is always ready to fix issues that may arise in my unit.In all the years I've been here I must say this office staff that is here now is the best,the always conmunicate with notices posted in the building or given to you at your door.The ladies in the office are so wonderfulKeep smiling

My experience with The Residence at Weston has been PHENOMENAL. The biggest highlight for me is the staff who are BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL. They are all SO friendly and eager to help. Any issue that arose has been dealt with in a manner that is professional and efficient. My interactions with the office staff have ALWAYS been pleasant. They are always available and the door is quite literally open to greet me with any question or concern I might have. I first worked with Sandra who made the application process a smooth one and was quick to reply to emails and telephone calls with such courtesy. Recently I worked with Mary who has taken my specific needs and requests into consideration and has been quite accommodating wherever she can going above and beyond. Both ladies are very approachable and very relatable and really do make me feel seen and heard.The building is well maintained with staff on site for daily cleaning and frequent upgrades. One thing I will say I do appreciate is the great communication with notices posted to inform residents of key updates as well as the sense of family and community that radiates through the walls of 33 King St.Continue to keep up the good work you guys!! ;)

I have just had probably the best experience I’ve ever had moving! The team at Rent Weston, especially their Leasing Agent Alexandra, are extraordinary! Beautiful apartment, with stunning view, in a great area with so many parks and green space. I love having the Humber river in my back yard!

We have been living here for a few months now. We wanted to wait a bit before writing a review.So far here are the pros and cons:Pros:*Convenient location, pretty clean building, ac and heat in suite.*Security at main entrance sometimes.*Although, it gets really busy from time to time, it's nice that there are 4 elevators.*Rent was pretty affordable when we had found this location. Which was pretty shocking but now we see that rent increases can be more than the 2.5% here. (That must be the catch).*We do appreciate that there are some improvements being made on the balconies,windows and backdoor.*Sandra was a big help when it came to paperwork that was needed. She kept an open communication for the most part. We appreciate her hard work & was thankful she was able to help us so quickly. The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful!Cons:*We did not get to see the apt until a few days before move in date( huge gamble but had no choice). We kept on being told they were renovating it and can see it soon.*We saw nothing newly renovated in this suite at all. Just the usual old warn floors, poor glue job, no caulking in kitchen, painting over dirt, cracks, hair etc.* We were provided with a video of a similar unit on a different floor to refer to. We basically had to take a risk and just sign the lease if we wanted the apt. We were desperate as we had already given notice at the prior apt. We just did not anticipate not being able to see the apt until the very last minute.*We weren't informed of all of the construction until the day we signed the lease.*No guest parking available.*The Laundry room is dirty, outdated, & is small for a high rise building.*The hours to do laundry are only from 8am-10pm so it's hard to even get your laundry done as the machines are busy after work/weekends.*The dyers are very weak and don't fully dry your clothes which means you may have to double pay which is useless. (Just hang your clothes in your apt).*We have seen a few roaches in our suite and hallways, (although our suite is clean, we have decided to request maintenance & hope they seal holes).*The gym/sauna are dirty, dark and outdated*Huge bummer not being able to use the pool and balconies yet this summer. (Renos may take us into fall/winter again). Reimbursement of rent would be nice for amenities that we can't use. (It's nice to dream lol).
