The Inn Grill
I try poutines wherever I go, and this was top notch. Crispy (not soggy) fries, layered peppery gravy and not too much cheese. Portion size was great for the price.My auntie had wild mushroom pasta with beef and she also said it was phenomenal.

Very slow service. The pizzas were terrible. The small Ceasar Salad cost 10$but they charged extra 12$for some slices of chicken, so a small Ceasar salad cost 22$. Despite we ordered the salads as appetizers they brought them after the pizzas.

My family and I had the breakfast buffet ($80 for 4 people) and it was good. There were scrambled eggs, pancakes, oatmeal and yogurt, fruits, and roasted potatoes (they were amazing!). The place was busy and there was only one employee, but she did an amazing job. Nevertheless, the coffee could’ve been better.

A late-night dinner at The Inn Grill, inside the Jasper Best Western Inn & Suites. I’d not known Best Western’s to have their own restaurant before and this was quite nice. The restaurant is part of the main lobby building, and is open to non-guests, as well as those who are staying at this hotel. We dined in the Courtyard Atrium with big windows looking at the Garden Terrace, which was closed because it was rainy outside.Dinner was nice. I had the Buffalo Meatloaf wrapped in Bacon. It was quite tender, layered, huge, and expensive at $24. It was also more than I could eat. My partner had the Sirloin Tips.The ambience was nice and the server was attentive. There is parking, but it is not separate from the hotel.

Had a great meal for one at this restaurant last night. Was staying here on business.The restaurant, as well as the lounge was full the entire time I was there, I felt lucky to get a table!She did let me know before seating me that food would likely be 30 minutes or more because it was very busy.I completely understand food taking longer when a kitchen is busy, and I really appreciated being told before hand to set my expectations.I had a great glass of wine, a starter salad, and the short rib for my entrée, which was absolutely delicious!I knew that I would probably be wanting a snack later in the evening as well as tomorrow, so I also ordered a pepperoni pizza to go.Everything was great, and the service was wonderful by my server, Scott!Will be back!

This amazing restaurant is hidden inside the perimeter of the hotel but should be front and center. I honestly can't say if most of their dishes are really good because I've been there twice and have ordered the same tantalizing mushroom beef pasta dish.Atmosphere is very nice and service is very friendly. I must try a new dish next time.

Passed through Jasper on a Rockies Tour. The local guide from our rafting experience recommended this place. He was spot on; the food is amazing and lovely selection of beers. We enjoyed cheery attentive service from Erika and had a great all round experience.

The service level we received during our dining experience here was second to none!!All of our food was expertly prepared and presented!!The Rib Eye steak I had was seasoned nicely and cooked just the way I like it!!Cocktails were frosty cold and done right!

This is a tough one to review. The service was great and the pountine was good but the rest was very disappointing... We found out the pizza was premade and everyone in the group thought it was not good at all. The burgers tasted premade too and like a hockey puck. Everyone in the group thought the same. I am guessing steak burgers? Overall, keep the service but improve the menu.

We should have reserved on a Friday evening. They didn’t have room in the restaurant but they let us eat in the lounge. The wait staff was friendly and efficient. The smoked brisket sandwich was delicious. The waitress took our order without writing it down and got everything correct. It felt like a place where anyone would feel comfortable. I plan to eat here again!
