Myself with my wife were in jack n jones store in chinook mall on dt ap 26 @ 11.35 am.The only guy who was working there at that time needs to learn how to deal with customers.He didn't greet, No smile, no hi, no bye.He did the same to my wife who entered 5 minutes after me.Both of us needs some help but he didn't even bother.We left without buying anything.

Kristal or Kristen (I hope I’m saying name is right) is an amazing sales associate!!! She went above and beyond the standards to make a customer happy. I am so grateful she was able to put a jacket for me on hold until I got into town from Vancouver. She deserves a raise for sure!!!! Thank you so much if you see this :))

They really stand behind their products. I bought a belt from them a few months back and it broke today. I went to the store to see if I could exchange it because it broke without a receipt. After a quick call to his manager, the cool dude who helped me replaced it for free! Super happy

Absolutely outstanding service by Sonya/Sonia (so sorry If i spelt your name wrong)- I visited Jack and Jones last night with my partner, and we were in a rush to find some jeans! Sonya was by the most supportive and knowledgable retailer I have ever encountered. I'm a very avid shopper from low to high fashion and I cannot explain how significant her assistance and guidance was. In the midst of trying on 6 different pairs of jeans, she was providing sizes, alterations and advice effortlessly. She was attentive, kind and very professional.- Thank you so much for being a standout! We will be back to see you! :)

Very good customer service especially with the manager amber ( sorry if I said the name wrong)She and another lady there having a good customer service especially after sale I hade an issue with one of the pants and after 3 months she toke it back ( without a receipt) and gave me a store credit so thanks for them and for jack & jones

Amazing employees, everyone at this location was incredibly friendly and helpful. I know it's hard to stay sane during the holidays working retail but they are doing a great job :)
