I’ve always had a great experience at this location! The girls are super sweet and always a pleasure seeing them. I consign regularly and always appreciate the fairness they offer. Katie and Ariana are the sweetest! Must visit this location!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location today. Katie and Xavier were so helpful, super knowledgeable of their inventory and just absolute gems of human beings. The store had a large selection with a broad price range and size selection. Highly recommend for anyone looking to consignment/thrift/second hand shop

Good spot for buying brand name items for a reduced price.A word of warning if you plan to consign clothes of your own though. They are very picky!I brought a few items that where brand names that I have seen sold in the store but they rejected every piece claiming that they where too worn". Fair enough

Their selection isn’t the best since it’s such a small store. Also found the staff to really keep an eye on us while browsing/trying clothes on.. maybe they had some negative experiences in the past. Didn’t find anything we liked but it was a good time nonetheless.

Popped in at the last minute today to find a jacket for a job interview. I received the friendliest customer service, especially considering I entered the shop 5 minutes before closing! I look forward to going back (with more time!) to shop there again as the selection available looked brilliant from my brief visit today!

I like shopping in Turnabouts. They usually have nice selection of clothes. However it happen already many times to me when I came to this store that in size large / extra large they have just few items. Also in size large they include size 10, which I always consider medium. So nothing to choose from. Quite disappointed.

Excellent customer service and a wonderful collection of items that are decently priced. I was helped by an employee named Sally. She even went around the store picking out pieces she thought I would like. Will definitely be going back for more.

I went to Turnabout on Commercial Drive yesterday with a friend and we were blown away by the exceptional customer service and great variety of clothing. In particular, Xavier offered his services as a personal shopper :-) and totally scored on several outfits for us. He went above and beyond what we would have expected. Sally was also very helpful and friendly.Thanks so much for a great shopping experience! We will definitely be back.
