I want to mention that customer service was excellent. Specifically, Zach Zakaruk. He was our consultant for the entire process. Really charismatic person that fully explained us the process of making the purchase of our dream vehicle. I would recommend to my friends to see him for futures inquires for getting a new vehicle.

I purchased my first brand new vehicle a 2023 Nissan Kicks from Royal Oak Nissan and had an excellent experience. Zach from sales was extremely helpful and never made me feel pressured into buying, he was there to answer any questions or concerns I had and stayed in contact with me for weeks whenever I had questions, this was the only dealership I had a good experience with! I love my new Kicks and highly recommend Zach and Royal Oak Nissan for anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle!

We walked in to buy cars for 2 buddies.Felt so so unwelcome (and instantly turned off), I’d never come back and make sure my friends never come back here.Person at reception didn’t notice 4 guys walking in the door. Didn’t respond to our greeting either.The sales person basically interrogated and asked my bud, how long he is in this country. It doesn’t take a genius to recognize this is textbook profiling. Upon asking why they’d care about how long someone is in the country, the response was they want to ascertain the buyer has good credit. We didn’t even mention financing intentions.Atleast, we have the decency to not name this salesperson on a public platform. I hope this sales person learns some decency too.

Just when I thought inspection should have been properly done at the dealership, little did I know there was one nut missing on both my rear wheels while I was driving home. This was only noticed when I checked my inspection report after getting home. I cannot believe my eyes when I read the mechanic made a note on the report that “the customer was aware the nuts were missing at pick-up” No mention about this from the staff when I picked up my vehicle and this is totally unacceptable! This could have killed me on the road not to mention about you lying I had been told!
