You have to make your appointment online through their website. Cash/debit payments upon arrival to avoid transaction fees.When they have confirmed your information, they will assign you into a room where a nurse will be ready to do your swab.They practice good hygiene by sanitizing hands, wearing a mask and changing gloves often.Nurses are very professional and friendly. I was a little nervous and she made small take while taking my swab sample to make me feel more calm.You will receive your results in your email the night of your test. If you go in early, you’ll get it before midnight! Some airlines do not allow you to pick your seat until you get your negative test results!Their website also has all sorts of informations and FAQs to help you with your questions which I have found to be quite useful.For those wishing to travel, I wish you all a wonderful & safe trip!
