The Sunday brunch at the Manoir is very tasty and plentiful. The offering is standard and includes sausages, bacon and eggs, salmon, lots of deserts, several local and imported cheeses. Hot chocolate was extra. Service is excellent and price is fair.

Wow! This place is really great. It's very clean and fancy, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the pool and spas are very nice, the food is amazing. I have nothing bad to say about Manoir du Lac William. Highly recommend for a romantic getaway with your partner.

The week before our weekend stay I received a call from the hotel telling me I had not reserved a time slot for our included 5 course meal diner. There were no mentions in any communications that we had to reserve since there were only limited availabilities left we took one of the very last (19h45). At check in the clerk asked us if we had reserved our Sunday brunch time slot. Once again no mentions that we had to reserve a spot ever over the phone the week before. They said they were booked full for the brunch, which we weren't happy about. The senior staff member told a coworker right in front of us see

My experience about this place as been mixed. We had booked for 12:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. We were on time but upon our arrival we had to wait for 15 minutes outside so that they could open the buffet. To wait 15 minutes outside by 30C in a slow moving queue is not fun. In my opinon they could also improve the buffet so that :1- You would not have to queue again just to take food2- They could provide large (non-heated) plates so that you could use them to put some cakes and over sugar related items and not see your dessert become liquid, for the dessert, the only plate readilly available are the smaller kind.Apart from that the food is really good

We went there for 3 nights with the all inclusive evasion package and the lake suite. The room was great, modern, clean large.... we loved everything about it. We did not hear sounds from the neighbor rooms. Breakfasts were very good and the dinners were fantastic! We were off season, so the access to the hot tubs and pool was great (far from crowded). Staff is great too.

This place is very very beautiful. I really like the location and amazing view of the lake. We went For lunch ... it was delicious.Special thanks - Miss SandraShe is very friendly and kind .... I would like say thank you for her and i’m Very happy to recommend her service.

Very nice manoir, beautifully located on Lac William. The rooms are nice and spacious. The spa is excellent. I had expected more of the food in the restaurant, but it was definitely not bad. Overall, very nice place but a bit pricey. Also, not catered towards young couples.
