After one week the roses are the same as day 1! Very good quality and size. Very reasonable price.

The person working there is rude, unwelcoming, uncooperative, and clearly in the wrong line of work. When she was roughly handling flowers I asked her to pick for a bouquet, she took exception to me suggesting she be a bit more careful. She confronted me, asking if I had a problem with her. I was shocked by her behaviour, and promptly left and went to a different florist. I have never encountered anyone quite so miserable in a florist shop. Based on the numerous poor reviews, it appears the problem is quite well documented.

Cute flowers and lovely premade arrangements. The florist really has an eye for beauty. Love the leaves and little accent flowers she adds. You can bring your dog inside

There has been a new owner of this locale for 3-4 years. The owner was present, and business was good, but then she went to another location, and the older women behind the counter did not speak English, they were cold, and short. I emailed them recently about a poor experience I head, and never had an acknowledgement or a reply. I wanted to place an order by phone, they were short on roses, so I asked if they could put together a bouquet with a lot of red,... and the response, was a long heavy sigh, and the woman told me to come to the store to see what they have... we are in a global pandemic, and I could not get phone service at a florist. I guess low price = low service. So I took my business elsewhere.

Saucy attitude from employees. Charged me tax that they didn't pay to the government. (BTW I own my own business.) The worst was their terrible flowers. Dropped in 6 hours. Next year, it's Provigo, a box of chocolate, or a night on the couch. Period, closed quotation.

Good flower shop in the neighborhood. I always find good options avaliable.

I agree with most reviews where people say the fleuriste is rude . Quality and price go hand in hand , hence they cannot claim to have better prices . I pay a little more to a store in NDG because the fleuriste in NDG brings in quality, is warm to customers .The owner here is rude and pushes the blame onto employees . I suppose the owner needs training so they can train their employees as well.Besides it's good to be bilingual if you want to keep customers , don't shun the anglophones :)12 flowers for 19.99 so why would you charge 5 for one flower , it's cheating to charge three times more if someone wants to buy a simple single rose .Anyway keep your roses and I will take my business where it's appreciated .

The woman who was working there was very rude and was assuming I didn’t know how to take care of plants, and that I was just there to buy because they were pretty. I was shopping for a Mother’s Day gift at the time and was so upset with the way she acted that I didn’t even want to purchase anything. And the owner, or whoever replies to these reviews is ridiculous, as they always blame “it was busy” as an excuse for rude, unprofessional workers. I was the only customer in the store, so there was no need to be rude or “stressed”. Regardless, that’s not an excuse. You work in customer service, then you learn to do proper customer service. You need to learn how to properly deal with customers because this store is horrible at it. Own up to your wrong doings. Avoid this store.

I order from out of province online and it is for delivery in the area. Every bouquet has been lovely, arrived on time. Affordable and easy.
