Incredible service all round. When you generally contact a company you expect a long response time but it is the opposite with Shippsy, they should be the standard in customer service as they are beyond outstanding. Every time I have contacted them during business hours I get a response back within the hour and they are incredibly helpful. It is this coupled with their great product that will keep me going back every time.

Very great customer service, they answer emails almost immediately. My package took less than 1 week to arrive for pick up! Very recommended if you want to get something from the US

I am pleased with my service throughout the process. I made an error with the shipping details on two packages and the team were able to help me get in corrected very quickly, and the transport time from the US to my Canadian address was very reasonable. A good experience.

The website was really easy to use and I got into contact with customer support regarding some questions I had. You can't get away from paying customs but I thought the amount was really good compared to what you'd have to pay a broker otherwise to get it in Canada! Plus, cheaper shipping :D (I saved about 50 usd from having a parcel delivered across the border)

I was skeptical at first to use a package forwarding service. After browsing online there were many positive/negative reviews for different package forwarders.I decided to go with Shippsy among all the options, and i cannot recommend them enough!Both my packages arrived quickly to their warehouse and then to my final delivery destination.The customer service has always been very quick and helpful! The app is intuitive, although I wish there was an option online to change b/w delivery and pickup after paying (in case you change your mind).If you’re going to trust anyone with your package, it’s them.5/5 Would use again

Originally planned to pick my package up but due to unforeseen circumstances had to have the package shipped directly to my house. Customer Service was quick to respond and get the order ready for shipping and I received the package in less than 4 days. Very impressed and highly recommended Shippsy.

Shippsy is a gift from the heavens. Saved me a large amount of money and hassle (the savings on the hassle was priceless to a busy writer and traveller like myself). The staff went overboard to help me and I am super grateful to the sweet woman working at the front desk. I had some empty boxes and she took them away to the garbage/recycle without hesitation. Thank you to all the staff (phone and online support as well!) for their kindness. Truly brilliant group!Pro life tip: If anyone reading is looking for free boxes for moving, this is the place to check out! Their service is becoming extremely popular though so ask with care and patience.

I love this website. I was honestly frustrated that I couldn't shop on some U.S. websites simply because they didn't ship to Canada, but this really made it easy. They gave me a U.S. address to make the order and they brought the package into Canada to a warehouse near me. I am so pleased at how easy the process was. Also their customer service is truly amazing. Treb helped me with all my questions and concerns and so quick too. I definitely recommend Shippsy if you want to shop on U.S. sites too. Had a wonderful experience overall.

Amazing customer service and fast shipping. A kind staff member helped me find my package despite the mistakes I made when ordering. Very helpful and understanding person. I received my package quickly and was able to track it the whole time. I will definitely be using Shippsy. again!
