Excelsior replaced our hot water heater on very short notice. They were super helpful throughout. When we had a warranty issue that was technically not their issue to solve they went above and beyond and helped me out.

He sent a service technician to me within 20 minutes. Nam was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to get our hot water heater working and carried the necessary parts. Excelsior did a furnace tune-up for my house as it's been quite a while since it's been looked at and I wanted some peace of mind ahead of the winter season. Their communication and professionalism throughout was great! As a homeowner, I had some general questions and curiosity on how things worked and they were more than happy to educate me in a way I could easily understand.They did a thorough tune-up similar to the SaskEnergy requirements and they also outlined to me areas to look at and laid it out to me as immediate needs or in the future on potential problems and how to mitigate them. They pointed out that I needed a new water expansion tank as it was blowing water not air pressure like it should which could lead to an extreme $$ cost in the future with the water boiler in the future. I had no hesitation booking them again to install a new one and they were able to do it in the same week as they had people out in my area working already.I am extremely impressed and happy with the service and they will definitely be my go-to for my house in the future!

After reading multiple good reviews, I reached out to Desmond at excelsior mechanical when my furnace was not working. It was the Friday before a long weekend and he made sure to be here within a few hours to ensure enough time to go get parts of need be. Once here he was very professional and polite with my wife and boys, and showed her exactly what was wrong and was a very simple fix, and in such just charged us a regular service fee, very honest and personable and they have earned a life time customer!

Excellent service. Arrived promptly and work was done very neatly, professionally, and in a timely manner. Employees were very friendly and answered any questions we had. They also showed us all the work that was completed and asked us if the location of the unit was appropriate or if it would be better placed elsewhere. Excellent communication.
