Having moved to Canada a few months ago, our scenario was unique in terms of carrying over our credit history from the US while going through the home buying process for the first time. Thanks to Kyle (our mortgage agent), our entire experience of going through the mortgage application process was seamless. Specifically, with Kyle's responsiveness, we had a great degree of transparency, which proved to be truly helpful as we navigated through the process. While other mortgage agents failed to flag nuanced requirements related to downpayment, Kyle went above and beyond to keep us informed with the right steps, which proved to be extremely valuable. Subsequently, we worked with Mariam to complete the rest of the paperwork in a fairly seamless manner. Overall, we had a great experience working with Kyle and his team.
