The sleepwear variety this store offers is really nice. The sales promos are really good, great way to shop here. I am giving this 3 stars because of the sales staff in the store. There were 3 including the manager and all were very offhandish. Seems like they were almost annoyed that we're going thru the sales rack and specials. It'll help to improve customer experience

This location is a disappointment at best. The staff are most unwelcoming. You are inconveniencing their social life by stepping in the shop. There are always 2 or 3 workers gossiping in the bra section making it uncomfortable to set foot in there. If you do manage to browse, the bras are disappointing. I was briefly told where the wireless bras were... and they were all wired. And all of them had dust, dirt or other customers deodorant stains on them. Awful experience!

Had a wonderful time there today, everyone was so kind and helpful. I haven't shopped here before after a bad experience at the KP location (like ten years ago, I'm sure they're lovely now) but I will definitely be returning. Thanks to this entire team for being so welcoming and helpful! These humans are the best.

Van and Danica were very attentive and super helpful. I was looking for “ just right” pj’s for my elderly MIL. Danica took me around and I picked some peach skin ones, perfect for her in a sweet print. Then I proceeded with getting a bathing suit, again- super helpful, both of them very knowledgeable about sizing and cut. Could I suggest you try offering a suit for long torso? This is, like, 2” longer. A lot of women need this because they want no portion of their butt hanging out. Or because they’re not average, or just tall. As well, perhaps a few of your gorgeous swim wear could have a cut that is a little more modest and generous with the leg openings. I hate yanking my suit to cover my butt.Again, these two attentive employees made my shopping experience very pleasant and I came home very satisfied with my items!

While standing in line today to purchase one item another customer who was paying for his stuff started an altercation with my boyfriend, unprovoked. The staff just stood there while the man started getting physical despite me telling her to call security. She went right back to helping him buy his products without saying anything. This man should have been refused service and escorted out. I waited for almost 10 minutes in line after while he was having issues at the register and staff failed to ring me up at the other register. I ended up leaving without purchasing what i wanted. Very terrible customer service.

Worst Customer Service: I was in the store for about 10 minutes, was not acknowledged. There was 3 women working, they were all up at the cashier chatting with each other.The funny thing is, I would have bought more items: I was looking for something nice to sleep in: I saw something I liked but they did not have my size. I asked for help she told me that what they had on the rack is all they have- I had to pry for her to suggest something similar... she was not interested at all in making a sale or helping me find something similar.I picked out a few items that were on a 5 for $X amount deal, and when I was paying at the counter, I just wanted to ensure I got the deal- she confirmed but was extremely rude about it- I work in customer service & the one thing I always do is share with customers all the current promotions & ensure they get the best deal. Customers love that, and it helps the business. Since these workers don't care about service or business, I will not be shopping here again.

I was in this location with my girlfriend back in March. My girlfriend was searching for a bra to wear at work. The salesperson was horrible. Very rude- seemed bothered by my girlfriend's requests to try on different styles/sizes of bras. Salesperson rolled her eyes- sighed and when asked for her advice seemed to offer a hasty opinion. I called the Store Manager the following day and all she seemed worried about was a physical description of this salesperson and repeatedly kept saying Oh I think I know who it is". An insincere apology was offered but nothing more. Now less than 3 months later and the wire in the bra has snapped and we had to discard the bra into the trash- $60 investment in the garbage. Horrible Experience. We will NEVER shop at La Vie en Rose ANYWHERE ANYMORE. Brutal Customer Service. Extremely Poor Quality Products."

It was really nice to go into this store and have people want to help you. I am definitely going back to the store.

Friendly staff and helpful. I was impressed with the clerk that helped my sister. A friend couldn't get her bras anymore that she used to. She went to this store ; they measure you and help you find a bra that you're happy with. I definitely will go there for one too

Honestly. I wouldn't step foot back in this store. Staff just gossips, and when you finally get their attention they seem like it an inconvenience to help. I will make the drive to Victoria Secret at Polo in the future.
