I wished I could give a zero to these people like afew others I've read I bought 5 bottles and tried to return them today since I have running water now but was told that they don't return money anymore that all rentals are now purchases....so now I have to eat 150$ in bottles....so to anyone looking for quality service plz look at other sources were the people care about their customers needs..I'm an old man on a pension and eating 150$ after 5 years of service to them shows a vast amount of disrespect for the people that serviced their business which pays all their bills in the long run..go someplace else

I have never had any issues with my rented water softener that a quick call or visit would not fix. Excellent product quality and excellent service. The recent issues with the V, has of course hampered some things, but that is to be expected however my review stands.

Had been a customer for over a year, then suddenly water delivery service dropped off, was given excuses and lied to, then no customer care, complete run around. I tried giving another’s chance by just picking up the water myself, but when gave back bottles previous- didn’t receive a credit. Just feels miserable when you go in there now. Not how you keep customers. Going to try another water supplier.

There is nothing wrong with their product. My biggest issue as a regular customer is constantly being surprised by changed (shortened) hours, “will be back in __ minutes signs”, and issues with their debit machines once I arrive. I have driven home in disappointment more times than I can count from this store, but will probably continue to return until I find another place with just as convenient demineralized water refills.

I found it Impossible to get my money back for the jug deposit. You can buy with cash but they won't refund you. They say it has to go to another place to be refunded on credit card. Never refunded my card!! Please change your practices!

BPA BOTTLES - DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH - Phoned after using for a couple months to confirm that they were BPA free, but they aren't. American company who doesn't care about Canadians health.
