Mr. Lube + Tires

You know how you should be scared when going to the mechanics, specially when you are young and not experienced? Well, look no further! You shouldn’t be worried here! Not just one person here, but everyone is super polite, knowledgeable, and really helpful.

Great service from Alex, Karan, Kartik and others. I went for off rim tire replacement and it took 45 minutes in and out which was super fast as the other places have a wait time of 3-6 hours even if they are first come first serve basis. There are stores that have appointments available for next month which is ridiculous. The prices at Mr Lube are a bit higher but that is for the service and turnaround time and looks justified to me. I will use their services again and also recommend them to any one who does not want to wait for hours-months.

These guys today did above and beyond in my vehicle. Windows washed even! I had my tires changed somewhere else but they needed a tire reader to reset they did this for me at no additional! I feel quite great leaving here right now! Thank you fentlemen!

They have charged me 180$ for the tire change for my Civic car which I believe is very high when compared to the places like Economy Lube, Can Lube, Canadian Tire,.. I had an 18 inch tire and they told me it needs special type of tire change. My friend who did tire change from Economy lube for the Accord (19inch tires) paid only 145$ and even I paid 136$ for my 18 inch winter tire change from Canadian Tire. When I tell this to the manager he said “we are not Canadian Tire in a contemptuous way”.The exorbitant pricing, coupled with subpar service and questionable billing practices, makes it impossible for me to recommend this place to anyone. I strongly advise potential customers to explore other options in the market that offer competitive pricing and a more customer-centric approach.In conclusion, if you value your hard-earned money and expect fair pricing for car services, I suggest you steer clear of this particular establishment (Mr. Lube). Their exorbitant rates do not align with the quality of service provided, and you will likely end up feeling ripped off and disappointed, just like I did.

Avoid this one. Go to the Homer Watson branch instead. I paid for tires change, wheel balancing and antirust coating but car was vibrating like hell when going on the highway.I had to go to the homer watson branch twice to fix wheel balancing on both front and rear tires. They did not even check my tire pressure

I did my tyre swap today and they brake two nuts. They are saying that it’s already broken. They not even check tyre pressure. After job is done some noise is coming from same tyre which nuts they broke. When I ask them to check,the another guy is like we did our job if you have problem talk to manager. Unprofessional and disrespectful employees

Friendly, helpful, professional quality service. I'm always nervous when taking my car in for maintenance as I know absolutely nothing about cars... Robert did an awesome job explaining everything that was going on to me. I highly recommend this place!

I have been going to Mr Lube for over 15 years. Ever since the advent of the tire change it has been a nightmare and very inconvenient. You should consider having an express or oil change Lane so those of us who don't do a tire change can enjoy what use to be very convenient

Avoid this place! They advised me I needed a cabin air filter which they then quoted me $75 for but I notice the receipt says ‘appears ok’. They showed me a screen which showed in red that I was overdue for a transmission flush and other expensive services. I immediately drove to another mechanic I use regularly and they told me absolutely not, it’s way too soon for me to need any of that.
