I have been a client of Rockwood Vet Clinic for 25+ years. I would not think of entrusting my pets with anyone else. The staff is always courteous, understanding and helpful. Health concerns have always been dealt with in a compassionate and practical manner. My babies (pets) are always treated like they are one of the clinic family.

The vet tech that I saw in the morning when I dropped Sierra off was AMAZING. I wish I had asked for her name. She was thorough in her overview and explanation of Sierra’s day. She gets 5/5 stars.Only negative is that they don’t have anyone watching the pups overnight. After such an extensive surgery, it doesn’t make sense to me to then leave them alone for so many hours without checking on them. What happens if a complication arises? Because of this I picked Sierra up same day because I felt more comfortable being able to watch her through the night.Dr. Claire did a great job with the incision site. I have 3 dogs and Sierra’s is the cleanest looking incision out of all three of their spays throughout the years.

Rockwood Vet Clinic is friendly and we know Dr. Claire is most interested in healthy pets. She always gives us a heads up of upcoming expenses and does what is needed. My pup absolutely loves going to see the vets! Enough said right there!

Rockwood Vet Clinic is the only vet clinic I trust to give my animals an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. I have a vet clinic 5 minutes from my yet I drive 50 minutes to RVC. I love Dr. Clair and am always touched by how she cares for Duke and Dusty

When I called the clinic with concerns about Willow I was asked to bring her in immediately. We were seen very quickly by Dr Claire and she assessed Willow and came up with a care plan. Even though we had to leave Willow at the clinic for a few days to get better, the staff was absolutely amazing and even encouraged me to call as often as I wanted to for updates. I knew Willow was getting the best care possible.

Rockwood vet clinic used to have my trust with my pet. But they constantly over charge for services and vaccines that are a fraction of the price else where. They botched my dogs hernia surgery-which has since returned worse than before. My vaccines cost close to 200 dollars, which cost me 50 at another clinic for the same duration. Also while switching clinics they never sent over the records. Prescribed a medication that was for small dogs and not needed according to our new vet. I don't know how this place still has a reputation considering all the issues over the years.

The staff at Rockwood Veterinary Clinic are exceptional - very caring, wonderful with Roxie and always open and honest about what she needs. I trust them completely and that's so important when making decisions about our pet's health care.

Rock wood vet has been our go to place for our fur babies for many years. They treat you like family and your fur babies are treated like their own. There is not enough words that can explain the special treatment you get there. You just need to experience it.

The staff are always helpful, friendly and help ease my little dog's nerves while there. Treatment options are always well laid out well to ensure understanding of cost and coverage. In urgent care situations, they always accommodate and our family is extremely grateful for such quality care so close to home!

I have been going to RVC for over 20 years.Very caring and empathetic.Dr. Clare, Dr Roberts (amazing Surgeon) and Dr. Diaz have been there for me all the way. I can't thank them enough.
