Chilliwack Virtual/Medical Clinic (Walk In)

Excellent service. They answered my call after the first ring and I was told a physician would call me back by the end of the day. If you need to speak with a doctor virtually and don’t have a family physician I highly recommend calling this clinic.

Horrible clinic they don't consider people that are hearing impaired and keep insisting someone is yelling at them. I can't hear how load my tone can get I am half deaf . When I asked them information they said to call another pharmacy. They can't give me information on the medicine

Skip the wait is absolutely right!!! I was in and out with my prescription and referral letter within half of an hour TOTAL!!Excellent, knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you don't require an extensive examination then this is the place to go. Thanks again

2 stars instead of 1 only because of professional demeanour of the staff member who answered my phone call. I was offered an appointment two days from when I called, which I am not holding against them. However, the closest information they could provide me for the appointment time was sometime between 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM.This is highly inconvenient for somebody like me who is earning for living by working at a call centre. I cannot ask my employer for a whole afternoon off by stating I expect a medical appointment “sometime” between 01:00 PM and 04:00 PM. Also, I cannot place a client on hold to take a sudden doctor’s call.I am not sure what the clinic owner was thinking and why the health care system and province approve this type of practice. Thumbs down for both, the clinic and our health care system. Imagine if the rest of us were applying this type of practice in our work places.

For prescription refills, this service is perfect.Not for people, who have to be looked at by an MD.

No doctors, asked for other days, denied. Not good customer service

Can't really review the clinic as yet. Walked in at 11:15am and was told to come back at 1:30pm. No doctors available! Certainly not quicker than any other walk in, in that respect!
