InspecRite Home was recommended to us by your real estate broker. Very easy to book an appointment with Chris, before the day of the inspection he already emailed us some information and the inspection agreement. On the day itself, Chris was early ,he met us and our broker; he already did the inspection on the exterior of the property. Inside, he thoroughly checked what needs to be checked and explained it well, making sure that we understand what he was explaining. He is meticulous and tried to answer questions in a way we can understand. He didn't rush the process which makes us feel that he is focus in assisting us. As a first time home buyer this made us feel at ease. The whole process took 1.5 hours, by the end of the day he sent the written report with pictures and details and his recommendations. His report his very detailed but he followed up with us with an email that we can always reach out to him if we have further questions.Thank you Chris for giving us a peace of mind in the home inspection part.

I was very impressed by the level of thoroughness and detail that Chris and Austen had for our home inspection. I have had the chance to review several home inspection reports, but theirs was a level beyond anything I had seen before. Most reports are either a very basic checklist format or 1-2 lines of added description at most. This team provided a very detailed 89 page report describing the deficiencies and provided photographs of the area of concern. They also provided detailed diagrams and pictures of how to fix the deficiencies. Hyperlinks were also provided to give further background info. I also appreciated that they provided general home maintenance tips/advice in a separate hyperlinked document. They even brought a drone to be able to inspect the roof more thoroughly! My husband tagged along on their inspection and he was impressed by their conscientiousness and professionalism. Chris was also very available by phone to review any questions I had, and he was very easy to talk to and able to explain technical things to me in a way that was easily understood. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this father-son team to any of my friends, family or colleagues. If we ever need to do another home inspection again, I will be sure to contact them in future!

Chris and Austin did a home inspection for my recent purchase and sale.
