Canadian Cab

I book in advance for a time and no taxi comes. And the dispatcher in the morning is rude. She/he hangs the phone on me. States there is no taxis in the area. I'm a loyal customer not anymore. Worst cab company. Drivers are nice though

I have called a cab only twice in my many many years ..of living in Guelph.....Dispatch was polite and booked my travel with kindness and patience. Driver?????? Can I rate him a 10 Polite professional AND patient. There was a problem with your new system on Feb 4th and 5th as I booked my 2nd fare the evening before(feb 4th)and the cab did not show. When I phoned Dispatch they were professional and polite and got a cab....same driver as last week(lucky me) He knew where I was going AND got me to work on timeI will use this company consistentlyThank you Canadian Cab

DJ was amazing on getting me to my work cuz of an alarm issue I had at my store. Dispatch was also very helpful today to me. You guys have always been good to me and I appreciate that. Every time someone asks for a cab I always call you guys first. Thank you all for that you guys do

Great experience, I don't usually take cabs cuz I have my own vehicle but it broke down and I need to get to my appointment. The dispatch lady was amazing very friendly like you were talking to a good friend. They were fast and the driver was really nice and helpful. Thank you for a great experience!

HORRIBLE DRIVERS! A car from this company used my driveway to turn around, and knocked over the garbage bin. He hit the bin aggressively with his car, spilling garbage everywhere into the streets. I watched from my window as he sped away. Some lovely pedestrians help cleaned up the mess from the road and sidewalk.

the worst experience i ever have with a cab company, if you are in gue;ph please aboid this company. Don't trust the man who works their. Worst taxi experiecne of my life.

This company went above and beyond to help in a difficult situation. They were professional and kind and our driver when above and beyond. Highly recommend their service.

Amazing drivers best prices I’ve found nice vehicles

This morning I could have rear-ended one of the Canadian cabs as they pulled out of a side street without judging the roads or distance my car was. I had to slam on my breaks, causing my car to slide around. Luckily I was paying attention and had control of my small car. I took note of the cab # and licence plate and called the cab company once I got to work to file a complain as the weather was not great and this could have caused an accident. On good weather days I've seen canadian cabs driving reckless. The first woman I talked to was friendly and seemed to take what I told her seriously. She passed me along to the manager/supervisor and told me he would call me back. He called me a bit later in the day and really didn't seem to care for what I told him. Just making a review to make the company accountable for their drivers. Can you imagine they had a passenger in the car and got into an accident?

Normally quick 15-20 min wait time sometimes quicker. Only had a rude driver once. Most drivers read the customer, talk back of the customer is talkative or quiet if the customer is quiet!
