Very dissapointing and missleading, I ordered a 11x32x6.6 tarp on the 6th of November, I left approx 150$ worth of deposit. I was told by the salesperson that it'll be ready max the 20th of November and even the receipt has a mid November delivery date on it. Despite that, the product wasn't ready on the 20th and I'm the one who had to call and inquire.- I called the first time, I was told that it's sitting in the truck and they're planning to unload and let us know within the next 2 days.- Two days past, I never got a call. So I call three days later, I get told a story that Tempo parts were needed for the floods in BC and that's why my order isn't in yet. I got transferred to the manager, left a voice message and he never responded to this day.- I called a third time a couple of days later and I got told it's in an enclave somewhere.(If you make me leave a deposit, at least keep the clients updated and well informed)So the delivery date gets busted, I get told three different stories on where my tarp is at, I leave a message to the manager and never got a response, no updates on the status of the order, no special offers so they can redeem themselves and they asked for a depoait, garbage service and I left a deposit........and this is coming from the leaders of the industry?I wonder if they'll right their wrong. I feel quite insulted.

As is the norm: the covering Tempo" I bought to replace the 1st one I got 15 years ago fit perfectly on the original Metal support post. I am sure to have another 15 years of a very good. Also the Customer Service employee who handled me at the store knew his product which made my time like in and out of the shop in 5 minutes."

2 months late, no communication even if they insist that they will call you when shelter received. The first interaction was just mansplaining: Of course everything will be received before first snow

The counter person today was trustworthy and helpful. Customers always appreciate clearcut upfront honesty, trust and follow through when it comes to these kind of purchases. I can instinctively detect when that is not being provided.TIP : If you maintain your carport in the off season, it can last you many many years.I had mine for 20 yrs.The 3rd party installer for this new carport was A1. He communicated well and was a pleasure to deal with.

Be very careful if you are planning to buy new cover from Tempo. It might be leaky and you want be able to do anything...I got really disappointed with the quality of the new covers, I had initially good quality cover from tempo which last almost 8 years and was good but due to it was enough used I decided to get new one and I bought it before winter. When we installed it, realized that it was not design exactly like before, and they reduced extra layers at bottom and wholes also. Before winter one day it was rainy and we noticed that it was leaking from the joint stitches. Recently while it was rainy we noticed that the leaking increased from more joints. That's being said that now there quality became very poor and cant be in trusted name. Also I got reply from customer service that please note that water leaking from the joints is not considered a defect." and mentioning about that warranty policy where it was written with very small letter that "water leak from the seams is not a manufacturing defect". Thats being said you can expect lot of leak from joint from a new cover but you will not be refunded of replaced..so be very very careful if anyone decide to buy new cover from here. Now they don't have good quality like before and responsible customer service also."

I would not recommend this business. Bought a double tempo and was supplied with rope for only one side of the tempo. Called and was told to go with my contract to get the rope, got there and was told that a tempo that size only comes with the rope I was supplied and would have to pay for the rest of rope I need. Why would you not tell the customer that when they were buying the merchandise and why would you let someone drive all that way after telling them to go pick up the rope. Customer service is none existent at this business

I would give it 5 stars if anyone over there would answer the phone. I was trying to get some info before i buy but you should forget calling no one will ever answer the phone or return a call. So finally i drove and i talked to a very friendly sales person and i did buy what i needed, in store experience was great. Actually i signed a contract but still waiting on delivery. The issue is that, while having a good service face to face, they are very hard to reach by phone. Actually i'm trying to call since two weeks to check on my delivery because it is late as per the delivery estimation time i was given by the sales person but no one answer the phone ever!! I will not have a choice but give it another week then drive again, wait in line just to ask a question!I'm seriously worried now about after sale service.. do i need to drive there every time i need an after sale question/service!!
