Its my second time purchasing vehicle from them, returned because they are honest, the quality of vehicles are top notch, had my first one for years no issues! Honestly felt like family, they are professional, kind and provided a great deal! You won't be disappointed!

Visited Mottolas to see a van. Told Peter that I would be back with my daughter. When I returned, the salesman there was Mike. I asked about the van and he tild me someone put a bid on it. I introduced my daughter to him as she would be cosigning. He asked how old she was and questioned whether she could get the credit, presuming she would not. He did not try to show any other vehicles or try to make a sale. No one will do well on sales with his attitude. Just to let him know that we purchased a vehicle from another dealership. Lost sale for Mottolas.No Deal is better than a Bad Deal!We got a good one!!!

I’ve always got my cars from Mottola’s. If I wasn’t happy with something they quickly rectified the issue. Great place to get a car. Ask for Mike he’s awesome.

Michael was very friendly and helpful, My car died on the way to seal the deal on a newer car and he had his brother pick me up, had the car towed to his shop, sent me home in a taxi. They went way beyond my expectations which was awesome. Would highly recommend this dealership!

Looking for a car is hard to do. Especially if you're a lone woman that knows nothing about cars. I went to a couple of dealerships and the salesmen I encountered were rude. I went to Mottola's and Mike was extremely patient and friendly with me. I test drove a couple of cars, asked questions that were answered politely and bought one. I'd definitely recommend this place.Thank you Mike for helping me. 5 star rating!

After years of buying beaters I biought my first new car" from Mike. As I research before I go anywhere I went in knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend.When I had told them that I seen a specific vehicle online he took me right to it. He worked with my credit issues and got me a great rate and had me in the new car withing 36 hours.They aren't pushy and didn't try to upsell me on a more expensive vehicle and respected what I wanted.They work quick and know how to get the job done."

I have been dealing with Mottola,s for years and i bought at least 8 cars from them and i never had a problem with them ! Both Mike and Peter are gentlemen- as well as very professional and i highly recommend them !

How is this guy still in business? 2 years ago I overpaid for a car because i desperately needed one for school. I was told that the price was so high as a bunch of work had just been done to it including new parts. A week into buying the vehicle it was already problem after problem. I noticed that the tachometer and the temperature gauge on the instrument cluster weren’t working. I got in contact with him over the phone and he acted like he had no idea who i was and that he never had the car in his lot that he sold to me. Eventually, i went down to see him in person and he told me that he was confused as to who i was because he got a new cell phone lol... i showed him the issue with the cluster and dismissed it saying that it happens to all older vehicles? When i wouldn’t take that answer from him, he told me he’d have this mechanic take a look at it and that i should hear from him within the next day or two. A week passed without hearing anything, i tried reaching out to mike once again and now none of my calls would be answered. I dropped in again at his lot, and he told me that his mechanic was just very busy and made it out to sound like i was an inconvenience. So i said whatever and if i didn’t hear back from it within the week, i’d go get it fixed myself. He kept assuring me i wouldn’t have to and he’d get it covered. I never heard from his “guy”. Another week passes and now there’s now a loud knocking coming from the vehicle, i bring it down to him once again, and he has nothing to say besides “what do you expect it’s an old vehicle” and didn’t care if it was coming from the engine bay or the interior of the car. (I could understand if the car was even older... but it was an 05?) A month into owning the vehicle, the battery was completely dead and i had to get a new one. Shortly after that, it was a rainy day, i was driving on the highway and one of my windshield wipers broke. I had to go out and replace the wiper transmission. When i bought the car two new “fixes” to the car was the AC and brake lines. A few months into owning the car i had to replace the AC because it was blowing out warm air. Now, i’m selling the vehicle, i went to get a safety for it, and it turns out the brake calipers are seized and it is in desperate need of new brakelines for the vehicles certification. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I'm pretty sure you don't need to desperately replace brakelines after 2 years of wear/tear. After speaking with a few people, it turns out that i’m not the only one that’s been treated this way. Not a single one of them have anything good to say about this guy and his cars that he sells. He is very crooked and is simply out to get the money out of your wallet. He so commonly sells lemons and will disregard any concerns that you have with the vehicle. If you planned on buying a vehicle form this lot, i’d look elsewhere if i were you. Speaking from experience, it baffles me how he is still in business.

If I could give zero stars I would. They’re smooth talkers who don’t seem to care about selling quality cars at all. About 2 years ago my partner bought a car from them and we’ve had nothing but problems with it since. In the first month or two he had to have a bunch of work done to it. They advertised two heated seats, only one of them works (we noticed this about a month after buying). Constant problems with the car. Buttons falling off, and one of the air vent covers fell off entirely. Brake problems less than 2 months in. The air conditioning and heating made a clicking noise inside the dashboard, again less than two months after buying. There’s honestly so much that has been fixed that I can’t even remember all of it.We’ll never be buying from Motolla’s again and urge anyone reading this to just go somewhere else.Gross neglect of what they’re selling - and based on other reviews it seems like a regular occurrence! Sad to hear it as I like to support smaller businesses.

I just purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze LT from Mottola's Quality Cars , Mike and Pete have gone above and beyond in the Customer Service department hands down and have been extremely helpful even after the sale . I highly recommend Mottola's Quality Cars if your in the market for a Gently Used Vehicle . If they can't get you approved, Then nobody can... If goggle had a Ten Star rating, Mottola's would of gotten a 10 plus rating . PS Love my new Car ....
