The team at Park Street Dentistry are excellent. I dealt with Dr. Lee and Dr. Bansal and found both to be quite competent. The reception and assistants are friendly and knowledgeable. I had no problems with billing, as sometimes I have problems finding healthcare providers willing to work with my insurance (not everyone is familiar with it). I was able to get all of my dental work finished quickly. I walked out feeling more confident in my smile.

Very pleased to find this dental practice. As another reviewer, I came into contact with Park Street Dentistry, and Dr. Bansal, when a friend had a dental emergency. Subsequently Dr. Bansal took him on as a regular patient, and has done a fair bit more work on him.As I was so pleased with Dr. Bansal's bedside (or chairside) manner, and as my long-time dentist had recently retired, I decided that I too would book an appt here. I've had a couple of appts so far, and have a bit of work to be done. I'll be returning sooner than planned, however, after breaking a tooth (always seems to happen on a weekend). The front office staff are also very helpful and pleasant.My only possible issue is the exam/treatment rooms are crowded and small. It can get a little claustrophobic. Would be great if any way possible a larger and more accessible treatment room could be created. It might not be possible, I realize, given the architecture of the building. For the quality and compassionate care, I'll manage.

I spent my entire life being terrified of dentists, but not since I found Dr. Lee. I met him when he was the emergency dentist on call, Labour Day weekend, about 15 years ago. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else, and although I've moved away, I still make the trip to Peterborough. His staff are wonderful too. Would highly recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful staff. There are not enough kind words to describe the experience I had. I had an emergency tooth issue and even got in in the same week. Their reception staff are absolutely wonderful and the entire experience eased my dental anxiety. Would absolutely recommend.

I had a great experience at this dentistry. All the staff is cooperative and friendly. Dr Sumit is really professional. He listened to all my concerns and works with me to find the best solution for my treatment. I am completely satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend this place.
