Appointment for pickup was 15:00 nd after 4 hrs still waiting for dock nd they don’t allow to park truck in facility have to park on street under no parking sign .Zero star for there service

Dairyland are to be congratulated for designing a new, and much better milk container. The handle is 100% better, with a new ergonomic grip. The position of the handle seems to be well thought out, for balance and ease of pouring. Also, at strategic places, there are new 'ribs' which have made the bottle seem more rigid. All in all, this new design is a great improvement - especially for people who struggle with containers of this size and weight.Environmentally, the container is clearly labelled as recyclable. This is an excellent example of improving a mass-produced container that most people don't even think twice about. I salute the whole team responsible for this innovation.

It is ok. It is Easy to find where to go.

Very clean access and exit, fast and courteous shipping and receiving clerks, easy access from and to highway 40 east bound and west bound. Well lit yard, easy to read signs and easy to operate gate communication system.

This by far the worst place I have been waiting 9hrs for a dock got here at 630pm yesterday appointment was for 7pm yesterday and at 6am.I went in and ask for update shipper said I was next 3hrs later still no movement at all but I am next .Place is tight backing into dock no big deal .But people are very polite and they have a in door bathroom. That's what the 1star is for .

Please don't pick up loads from here they take too long and they are not professionals don't how to deal with drivers
