Chem-Dry Acclaim Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I was pleased that my services could be done two days after I called in. Tim was friendly, courteous and thoroughly explained the cleaning and pricing process. The results were great and my house was left much cleaner than before. I would definitely recommend.

Chem-Dry was professional, they did an excellent job. There was 3 floors of carpet and numerous upholstery chairs which they did a fantastic job on. You can definitely see and smell the difference. There service did cost a little extra compared to a normal steam cleaning service however, you get what you pay for. The carpets and chairs dried very quickly, and the service was #1.

Carl was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous from start to finish. He took his time to explain everything and the benefits of cleaning the carpets. He took his time to ensure the job was done with proper care and quality. Thanks for the great service and fresh looking carpets!

Carl and his trainee, Ken, did a thorough and excellent job on all my carpeting. With 4 cats (3 of them longhaired), if I didn't have Chem Dry clean my carpets twice a year, I know I wouldn't be able to breathe as well as I do. I vacuum every week and even did so before Carl and Ken arrived and you would be amazed at what was picked up with their equipment. I can't recommend the Chem Dry process highly enough. Best part is that there is no sticky residue left by shampoo.....it's a true clean". Well worth the price."

Contacted ChemDry based on Google reviews and they had me scheduled in within a week and a half for mattress cleaning/to remove yellow sweat stains. Carl was my technician and he was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I learned that I shouldn't use a green machine" on my mattress and that ChemDry surface treatments are the proper method. Our mattress looks great! Thanks for your service today

From the beginning ChemDry was accommodating to my tight schedule. Chris was a very courteous and trustworthy service provider and we felt very safe having him in our home. He did a wonderful job explaining the detailed steps and desired outcomes before presenting a price for service. We were amazed at his ability to get stains, such as marker, coffee, and urine out of our light coloured carpet. Michelle in Customer Service went above and beyond to explain my receipt in detail. I'd like to first mention the lady who answers the phones and does the bookings. She is very friendly and one of the reasons we chose chemdry. When calling other companies, I found them very unprofessional. When the day finally came for the desperately needed cleaning (new puppy), the technician was on time, and was very polite and knowledgeable. We had him come for our master bedroom, and a set of stairs with 2 landings. We originally wanted the pet urine removal, but once he came to our house he quoted us almost $700.00! We couldn't believe that price. We were told that the urine smell/stains would not go away unless we did that. We had to opt out of the pet urine package, so we went with the healthy home cleaning. The stains were gone and so was the smell. We were really happy we didn't fork out the $700 because the $220 treatment worked perfectly (and also comes with a stain remover that is magical). We are thrilled of how good our carpet looks in the bedroom. Looks brand new. However, the landing from the stairs is still all marked up. Our technician told us it is best to rip out the carpet on the stairs, which now we are planning on doing next. Thank you so much.
