I needed to get a new furnace. so I checked around. I have had good and fast service from Brad before. Well I decided to go with Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling. They managed to install my new furnace and air conditioner in one day. Everyone is loving it, money well spent. Especially with these high temperature swings we are having. We had a gas leak in our older home. We called around and Josie Brad from Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling came out within 2 hours to repair and make sure the home was safe. Excellent experience with Brad and his team. Listened to my concerns and questions and worked with me to retrofit an AC unit into an older family home. At the same time, we opted to replace our 23 yr old furnace with a new model that would optimize the AC unit. New heater provides much more even heat and multi-zone thermostat is great for averaging out heat in our house. Would definitely recommend this company.

The family (Brad, Frances, and Jessie) and the team at Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling just installed a complete mini split and ceiling cassette a/c system in our 1912 heritage home in Vancouver. As was to be expected, this installation involved a number of challenges specific to such an old home. Father and son Brad and Jessie and their small crew, with their combined decades of experience in the field, were able to tackle every issue with a practical solution all while listening to my questions and concerns and addressing each one patiently. The final result is a beautifully cool old home! We are thrilled with the results as well as the process and we highly recommend the dedicated professionals at Heritage Mountain Heating and Cooling.

This is the second time we have used Heritage Mountain Heating & Cooling. They are very knowledgeable, customer oriented, professional, and amiable. This was a preventative maintenance call for our heat pump and furnace and service call for an issue with our gas fireplace.All 3 pieces were serviced and cleaned. We were also made aware of 3 potential issues that could occur, due to age, 1 on each item.We decided, rather than wait for a failure to occur, to have all 3 issues addressed. Parts were ordered and a new appointment was scheduled.The whole operation runs very smoothly and efficiently.
