I recently used this service for the first time.My experience with the massage therapist Thomas was great. My husband were very happy with his professionalism and care.I had a physiotherapy assessment with one person and then had care from another. Unfortunately I was unsatisfied with my physio care. It appeared as though the assessor and the second physio had different opinions which caused me to be a little confused. I decided to switch providers all together, which I think is best for my needs.When I let the administrator know that I was switching care, I wasn’t asked for any reasoning behind it. I sent another email with some reasoning, and my response was. Ok I understand thank you. I’m glad you understandBut it doesn’t seem like the best customer care in my opinion. Perhaps, I’m sorry you had a bad experience, if you like I can look into another treatment provider?Anyways. I think it’s important to give a reasoning to a decision being made, and for the opposite side to listen and respond.

I have been using this service off and on for almost 8 years. The sheer CONVENIENCE of having a therapist come to my own home is the greatest! I have never had any problems booking appointments. Anton is wonderful. All the therapists that have come to my home were also top notch. Are my massages calming and spa like? Umm no. Definitely not with kids and family running around but they are definitely functional. A service like this is essential for the busy parent who lacks child care and is in desperate need of physio, massage or any other treatments. Give your kid a snack and turn on a movie while you get your treatments done!

Read the reviews and complaints about Anton.. I just called to see if they had someone who specializes in manual lymphatic drainage - and while unfortunately they don’t in my area, I found Anton to be quite friendly and even explained the different between regular and specialized manual lymphatic drainage… even in our two min exchange - I will call again for other needs. Sometimes even if you are disappointed or put out - it’s easy to take it out on someone who really has no control over the situation. Be kind to administrators!

Very rude bunch of staff. You can clearly see from other reviews and the responses to it that Anton is full off himself. Customer service is one of the last things on his mind. He loves proving customers wrong and is extremely rude when doing so. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere then use a service that DOES NOT care about its customers.

Love love love! I wish I can give this service a 100 stars. As a mother of two little ones the in your home convenience has made it possible for me to pursue some level of self care" that I would have otherwise had to put off due to simply not having the time to physically make it to the appointment. Not to mention the prompt email support and follow up with pain management stretches and exercises to continue the care in between sessions.Most services I have contacted had impossible and inflated costs but in your home therapy keeps their costs affordable for the average income.My request for a female therapist was honored and I can't be more happy and satisfied with crystal's work

I've had numerous appointments from In Your Home Therapy and have been incredibly happy with every visit. Paul is a great acupuncturist and Shenese is an amazing massage therapist. They both arrive early with plenty of time to allow for accessing my condo building, setting up the equipment and making sure everything is done properly following protocols. Anton makes it convenient to (re)book appointments, complete covid pre-screening and responds promptly, working around my busy schedule. These services have been life changing and I'm thankful for the reputable team at this company.

In Your Home Therapy is a lifeline for me. I have had 3 back surgeries and because of my limitations I find that Anton will go out of his way to get someone to look after me who understands my issues and treats me and my needs with a high level of efficiency and care. She found me Joseph Wilson, an RMT and Physiotherapist who takes super care of me and also assists me with exercises that greatly help me with my daily aches and back issues. He is gentle and thorough getting to the areas I need the most help. He is greatly knowledgeable and experienced if it weren’t for help and Anton I do not know how I would daily cope and function.Anton makes it easy for me cause In Your Home Therapy is mobile and comes right to more door. Talk about taking care of your personal needs!!The absolute best therapy you could ever ask for!!Thanks again Anton!!!! Thanks for finding me Joe!!!!

Have used their service with ups and down with the administrative side. Very unorganized and lacking client care.Had a new massage therapist scheduled and clear directions were given to the office, as with other therapists in the past, on where to park underground and how to enter the condo building.This therapist, Heidi, called on arrival (10 minutes past the session start time), noting access wasn't acceptable, she wasn't happy to have to pay for underground parking (I offered to come down and pay), needed to know where the elevator stopped (still not sure what her concern was, it stops on my floor), and every offer of assistance, to her every concern, was met with that's not going to work for me".We live in a brand new condo

Had a terrible experience with Anton and Shara- the massage therapist. This was going to be my first appointment with inyourhometherapy. I had booked a one hour massage. On the day of the appointment I was told that they charge for the time of the massage therapist and not the time that you spend on the table. While I understand that taking my health history is part of the one hour. But Anton kept insisting that finding a parking setting up the table will all be part of the one hour. I have a seven month old baby, so this was a very frustrating because I had planned my whole day around this. Anton kept arguing that in all clinics the one hour includes setting up the table and essentially the time of the therapist and not the time on the table. THIS WAS ALL AFTER SHARA CONFIRMED WITH ME THE PREVIOUS DAY THAT I WOULD BE GETTING A FULL HOUR ON THE TABLE AND SHE WOULD COME EARLY TO SET UP. Shara also was extremely rude in her conversation with me AND COMPLETELY FLIPPED ON ME THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Never have I been to a massage where I didn’t spend the booked time on the table.I ended up canceling my appointment. Found Anton very argumentative. Extremely horrible customer service. If only owners these days cared about their customers.UPDATE RESPONSE TO ANTON: Anton thank you for yet another argumentative and careless response. For you very kind information Shara took my entire health history online. Also, you did say that her coming up to my apartments and finding parking was part of the 60 mins. Also, SHE offered to come early so that I can get a whole hour on the table JUST A DAY BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. At least learn to communicate with your therapists efficiently so that customers don’t suffer. Like I have said in my review and said to you over the phone serval times that I was OKAY with health history being taken during the 60 mins. Setting up should not be a part of it. Improve your garbage customer service.
