Please note that I, Adrian Simpson no longer own any of the Peace of Mind companies. This includes Peace of Mind Plumbing & Heating, Peace of Mind Duct Cleaning and Peace of Mind Home Services. I sold the companies in August 2nd 2022 and afterwards I helped out in the transition period between August 2nd 2022 and Oct. 2022 but have no further influence, involvement and or responsibility to these companies or to the owner. Any issues arising from the new owner, the companies and the staff or contractors he uses are his burden alone.

If I could give this company 500 stars, I would. We had an emergency leak in our home and Adrian came very quickly (especially considering he had a full day booked), was SO knowledgable, honest, and just seemed like one of the good ones". He talked to me on the phone and showed me how to shut the water off while the leak was still happening. He was patient

Adrian certainly delivered on the name of his business. I can finally have some peace of mind again after he identified the source of our ceiling leak and had it fixed in no time at all. Adrian was friendly, willing to answer my plumbing questions, wore a mask and maintained a safe distance, and billed what he had quoted me before starting his work. Very fair pricing and excellent workmanship. He also gave good advice about how to deal with some mold that he discovered in the ceiling. Hope I never get a leak again but would definitely call Adrian's company up again for repairs or renovations. Thanks again!

Adrian was very responsive, personable and professional over the phone and by email. Steven came to address an issue with the gas furnace and provided heating maintenance within the week I called for service at short notice. After this positive experience, I asked them to replace a leaking pressure release valve, which they also completed within the week at a competitive price. Everything works great. I would highly recommend Peace of Mind Plumbing for your heating and plumbing needs.

Adrian was professional and timely. We had a leaky outdoor faucet, and he knew right away what the issue was. It was very reassuring! The problem was fixed and now it works perfectly. Big thanks to him!

Had Adrian and Peace of Mind over to repair a ceiling leak and drainage repairs from having renters. Both Adrian and Andy were great, easy to deal with and had competitive pricing which allowed us to get more work done around the house. Would recommend 100% if you're a property owner as they did everything from plumbing to drywall patching.

Like I do with most service providers, I checked online reviews and selected the three companies with the highest reviews that were nearest to me and Peace of Mind Plumbing was one of those companies.The other two businesses I spoke with were professional and had fair pricing but Adrian at Peace of Mind Plumbing stood out as the one who went above and beyond when it came to providing me with advice on the proper maintenance of my water heater and providing me with the best comprehensive fixed price quote for my replacement water heater.I recommend Adrian highly and I can see why he chose this name for his company because I was left with peace of mind knowing that I have a trustworthy business to rely on when plumbing or heating concerns arise.

Check your invoice.They sent invoice declaring“1x $424” , with an incorrect description of “up to 15 vents including 2 returns”.That description should, as their website states, have cost only $329.I did however agree to extra drier vent cleaning for an on- site verbal price of $80. That would bring us to $409, not $424. Not the biggest deal- so I explained this to the man on the phone ( I presume a Mr Simpson), who then corrected the amount after he said his technician said to charge extra..?? No explanation as to what for, and no apology.He then pressed me for an e-transfer asap, to which I at first agreed, but , as I was helping an acquaintance have this service done , I felt it was better that he pay for the service rather than myself, and told Mr Simpson (SA) so.He became very angry and accused me of “playing games”, even though I pointed out to him that their website clearly showed accepted payment by cheque up to 15 days from invoice which I said would be honoured.When he added multiple uses of “damn” into his professional customer relations vocabulary I hung up on him.If it wasn’t for this surprisingly rude man on the phone (Mr Simpson?), I would have rated the company quite high, as the tech was very polite and did a good job.Check your invoice and have your hang-up finger ready.
