Water Heater Rescue

I've used Water Heater Rescue twice: once to replace a water heater and the second time to replace my toilet and fixtures on my bathroom sink. They're very personable and easy to deal with. The cost is reasonable and always within the estimate. Most important, they're on time and they are CLEAN. I was really impressed with how knowledgeable my plumber was. I had been trying to figure out where my sink came for weeks and he took one look at it recognized it as IKEA. He pulled everything apart, made the necesary repairs and it put it back together good as new. The office staff is great to deal with too!

We had a great experience with Water Heater Rescue. We contacted them on Friday night light and we were able to set a time with them for the following Monday. They were early and were a great help. Our technician was Scott Ragan and he was great. It wasn't a big problem but he was able to diagnose it and fix it within 15 minutes. He also took a look at a broken wash tub we had and tightened the connection and fixed the broken legs on the wash tub. We were very impressed with the level of service and ease with which we were able to book the service. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.*They offered us a $20 discount to post a review on Google +. This in no way affects our opinion of the company or the work that was done. We will definitely be using them again.*

Water Heater Rescue was recommended by a friend, and I was not disappointed. I asked many questions, and was appreciative of Ashley's patience and explanations. Scott, the installer was also helpful with his tips. I liked that he was thorough, took the time to check his work and fix a leaky pipe stem before he was satisfied with the job. We had our hot water heater replaced today - the installer was on time, efficient, knowledgable and overall, fantastic. We couldn't be happier with the service from Water Heater Rescue. I called them on Monday and had a new tank on Wednesday - how great is that!! Also, the receptionist who took my call was AWESOME!! Thank you!!

I called Water Heater Rescue because I had cracked my bathroom sink and needed it to be replaced. I spoke with Ashley who was super helpful and scheduled an appointment for one of their technicians to come by my place the next day. Scott (the technician) showed up on time and replaced my bathroom sink with no problems. Not only was he professional, the did the job quickly! Upon review of the installation, I did notice a chip on my bathroom counter. I then contacted Ashley and explained the situation. She was quick to respond and sent over a counter company to repair my chipped counter the next day! All in all my experience with Water Heater Rescue was excellent. I can't thank Ashley enough for her help. Don't hesitate to give them a call!

Great people, great experience! Something that stood out for me was how the receptionist took the time to explain to me our water heater error and what the possible procedure would be (two other companies didn't know)! Very knowledgeable! I got an appointment right away and Scott was great! We are very happy with Water Heater Rescue and will be going back to them for our water heater maintenance!

Very good service! The lady (Valerie) who booked the appointment was very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment booked the same day to replace my water tank. Eric arrived and after a couple of minutes, called me down to confirm that I knew the tank itself wasn’t actually broken, just a valve. I did not know! He wanted to make sure I knew before he replaced the entire thing and charged me, as opposed to replacing just the part. When the tank ACTUALLY kicks the bucket, I will definitely be calling them to replace it :)

We have been very happy with both our recent experiences with Water Heater Rescue, first the installation of a new water heater and shortly after dealing with a blocked drain.
