My SUV's windshield got a chip in the blackened area of it (so could not see it from the inside of my vehicle) & during our last cold snap it cracked more than three-quarters of the way right in front of the driver's seat. All Set was recommended to me by someone who works on automobiles daily. I dealt with one of the owners, King, and as others have already said, he explained my options & timelines thoroughly & responded to communications immediately. He took care of literally everything and in less time than initially expected (there were supply chain issues of a part). I really cannot recommend All Set enough due to their attention to detail, excellent work & customer service. Plus you are supporting a locally owned company. It doesn't get better than that!

Can’t say enough good things about Dan and his team at AllSet Auto Glass on Main St. Great local business! Excellent communication and took the time to manage my expectations along the way. He was able to beat the projected timeline by a week. Had my vintage truck broken into and I was worried about sourcing the glass because of its age. Dan was able to find a source and able to convince ICBC to replace with original vs aftermarket because there were no other options. Very happy with the service. You can tell why he has been successful in business for so long! Thanks again Dan!

She gave me all info over the phone and helped me made a correct decision. She ordered glass based on our selection and book appointment for installation. The new windshield is looking absolutely fantastic. It is exactly as our old windshield. AllSet Auto Glass has been able to do this within 2 days. Very friendly service, my car window got smashed last night, called a few places and decided to come here for repair.They made it almost like brand new, excellent service + repair.They billed me cheaper than other shops, I appreciate that!Look for Dan if you have ANY window/glass repair service, he will take care of the rest!

I drive a pretty old used car that I've had for the past for years. I noticed a small chip in my windshield this weekend, and brought my vehicle in. The person who helped me was friendly, came out to take a look, and was able to determine that it was an old chip which had already been repaired. Really appreciated the help and the honesty, I'll be sure to return here for any auto glass needs I have in the future.

I went there recently to get my windshield fixed from a rock chip, I was told it would cost me $75 which wasn't a big deal but having fully comprehensive insurance, I thought it wouldn't cost a thing, after I asked why it I was charged, the man at the front desk said it was because the chip was over my steering wheel, I said well we did not measure it- as it was close to the center of my windshield, he said rudely My mechanic is not blind you know

Yesterday around 4:30am, as I was going to work, I saw my Highlander's driver side glass was smashed.I immediately check my belongings and thankfully, nothing was stolen.Since I no longer be able to go to work because of the incident, I browse for car glass shops. I saw a lot such as Speedy, All Set, etc. I click the link from yelp titled 10 best auto glass shops in Vancouver. #1 is Allset. I'm looking at the reviews and almost all were positive and saying same day replacement. Which is exactly what I need!I called speedy first at 8am and they guy told me I need to make an appointment before they can make a quote. Also according to their website, only during the second appointment they will install the glass.Finally, I called Allset. King answered. I asked if he can quote me a price. He immediately searched and found one. He gave me the price then gave me a discount! It's still a huge amount of money I had to shell out but a discount is a discount!I brought my vehicle there after 20 minutes or so then I met Cory, the most mentioned guy on yelp reviews, he promised it will be done around 1pm.I rode a bus going back home and called them back around 1:30pm to confirm if it's ready for pick up. When I arrived there, I'm so happy to see I have a new side glass installed.They were also very honest to say that the one they installed doesn't fit well in the upper gap when it's rolled up. They said they ordered another one from Edmonton and will call me back sometime next week to change it free of charge in just 15 minutes.Thank you very much AllSet team!
