I'm so glad we found Rob and his team. We had just over a month to clear out my Gran's apartment, and we were really unsure what stuff was actually saleable, as opposed to what things were valuable back in 1970 or whenever she'd bought them. Faced with the daunting task and timeline, we were worried we might be forced to just take some small stuff to try and sell ourselves, and pay to remove everything big. Thankfully the Rest Easy team came and did a great job organizing things into thoughtful lots, sold some items for more than we expected (and some for less, but that's how it goes) and removed the few items that didn't sell at all. I'm very glad how it all worked out.

Robert and his team made what seemed an impossible task a breeze. I received quick and detailed responses to my questions, and felt I was leaving things in good hands. Without help from Robert and his team I would have spent weeks longer trying to sort through and determine what needed to be done. Instead, I spent only a day (and even then, I didn't really need to be there that long!) - and left it all in their very capable hands. Rob was friendly and honest with me and gave me a fair price for a job that was overwhelming! The work was done in an efficient manner and my items were treated with respect and care. Our Mother had moved to progressively smaller homes over the last 45 years. Moving from 10,000 square feet to eventually 1500 square feet. She had a hard time getting rid of her collection of things and managed to keep more China, Silver ware, Figurines, Crystal of all sorts.We didn't want to tackle this massive job of organizing and packing. Also we didn't want to either give throw or give away the things she had collected.I was looking online for Auction options and came across the Rest Easy website. I read the reviews and felt like it could work for our situation.I called and Rob answered any questions I had directly and responsibly. We then met at our Mothers place and looked over the large amounts of stuff that was going to be sold or removed and agreed to forward. Rob came with his team the first day and photographed and catalogued the Items. Then he put them online for Auction for 6 days and people bid on them. The Auction then closed and the successful bidders were given time slots to pick up the things they bought. It went seamlessly and all 160 lots were picked up.Anything that wasn't able to be auctioned was either donated or disposed by Rob and his crew. We ended up doing a second Auction because there was too much for the first time. We ended up with our Mothers place cleaned up of everything and we didn't have to do anything. We also got over 9 thousand dollars after all costs and commissions for things we had no idea what to do with.Rob and his team at Rest Easy could not be any easier to deal with. We highly recommend using his services.PS.. We even hired him to move our Mother into her Retirement residence.
