My husband and I had an incident with a driver for this company on the highway which was extremely dangerous and terrifying, especially considering our 9 month old son was travelling with us. Had my husband not been tactful in his driving, we surely would have had a fatal crash. Since the company number was posted on the vehicle, I immediately called to report what had happened. Albert responded immediately the following day, as they were closed when I had called. He was extremely courteous and professional and apologized for what had happened, assuring me that he would speak with the driver and get to the bottom of things.I just wanted to leave a review about this experience and to say that though everyone makes mistakes, not everyone is willing to own up and fix them. I feel that Albert genuinely cares about his business and potential customers and though I have no experience dealing with his actual services, I can say that someone who responds so promptly and respectfully to an issue that someone has, that isn't even a customer, is surely a great and trustworthy business owner. It is rare now to find great customer service like this, let alone companies that care even when a sale isn't on the line.
