If you need to get your resume/CV redone (they have templates) printed, send a fax, organize your usb or emails- services are free for any resident in Gatineau. Services are offered in French but you can ask for bilingual worker too!Tip;If you bring in documents for staff, get them to stamp date on it to confirm you gave doc. Contact worker to let them know you were there so, you can verify they got the papers you gave at front desk.

Very disorganized. They have you rush to jump through all their hoops and then they operate at a snail pace.Don't believe any information that the first line triage" reps tell you because most of it is completely inaccurate and erroneous.The level of disorganization : a case worker takes a time sensitive case on a friday knowing full well she leaves on vacation that very day... END result ? no progress and everyone at that office is so afraid of taking someone else's cases that they rather have you wait and wait and wait.If you want them to get off their "chairs" and move

Helpful and quick service

Not a nice place to go. They don't seem to care about anything you have to say or about your health I have had issues with this office for 4 years trying to get my disability pension after repeadly submitting medical reports. They reduce my benefits, cancelled my benefits, cancelled paying for my pills in witch is 275 dollars a month. I have had to get the Federal Minister involved to get my benefits back, my next step is to contact my lawyer and sue these people.i am disabled and unable to work and have no income what does it take to get a pension in which I have paid into for most of my life. This place should be ashamed of how they treat disabled people.if you are reading this and want to help contact these people and complain, maybe then they will start to see the errors in their treatment of disabled people.
