I came in for dry cleaning 5 items and altering 1 item and they lost a piece of clothing. They kept saying they will find it but never called me once to follow up. i followed up for 3 weeks, then gave up. They tried putting blame on me for losing it on the way home. They offered me some random pants as compensation and that they would tailor some clothes for free next time. I rejected. No monetary compensation was offered not even a refund for the dry cleaning. I didnt force it, just walked away.Unprofessional and untrustworthy.

After my wife had had numerous alterations done, all more than acceptable, I decided to have a few alterations myself. The owners were very engaging and the work well-done.Recently I asked the owner if he could turn my shirt collars inside out.Not a problem…after numerous trips to pick shirts up, he kept on saying they were done but out for dry-cleaning. I finally got them, paid the account and left them in my closet.Weeks later, I had the occasion to wear one, but realized he had removed the top button and now the buttonhole was on the opposite side and I had no way of using the shirt(s). Now I’ve had collars turned before(I have a rough beard) elsewhere and the results were always perfect. When I pointed the problem out to owner, he looked at me and said, I told you this would be a problem, as if this was my fault. I suggested putting a snap on as I would only wear these shirts with a tie.He took the shirts, gave me an invoice ticket and told me to pick them up in a week. I walked away and then in the mall I realized he was going to charge me for correcting his own mistake. I decided not to do the work and picked up the shirts to do it myself at home. Not a major job, but irritating in any case. Unfortunately I will not be returning.

Just got my first custom suit tailored here and the service is impeccable. It was my first experience with a tailor but I doubt I'll go anywhere else. The drive from downtown Toronto to Markham is well worth it for me.

Twice now we've been here for alterations that could've been about $500 and the guy was just RUDE. So so rude and off putting. We decided to go to another location in richmond hill cuz at least theyre nice to us

Accepted my alteration and sewing job for fast turnaround for work in front of the public, and kept his word by working up until the last minute, and it looks fine. Kept track of three loose pieces for the job no problem. Called me to ensure I was able to meet him at the end of the workday. Very helpful and caring. Thank you very much.

Highly unprofessional services. Completely ruined a dress that was intended for a wedding night. If you are planning on using your clothes for important events, avoid this store

DO NOT GO HERE.I gave my dress for alterations for my brother's reception.According to google, they are open until 6pm on Saturday, when i went to pick it up at 4pm, they were closed. The mall is also open sunday 12-5 but they were closed on sunday as well. I had to find a dress last minute.when asked about it, he said he was at a funeral and was back in 30 minutes..... a sign should have been posted.very unprofessional.

I have had nothing but absolute best experience with them. Hamid is very friendly yet very professional and experienced. The quality of the alteration they performed was second to none and more importantly they delivered on time within very short notice. I would highly recommend their services.
