The Works certainly one of the best places to have authentic burgers. We're a big group and ordered three different types of burgers and everyone enjoyed food. Staff were well mannered and tried their best to satisfy our need. A strongly recommend place to have burgers when you are in Niagra.

Stopped here to grab a quick bite while on our Trip to Niagara Falls. The stop was for sure a good decision by us as the service and food turned out really good! We were sat right away and our waitress Kayla did an amazing job getting us set up. She was quick to get with us when we were ready to order and got the food out quickly. She was really nice and did a great job in making this a good experience. I would for sure stop back by if in the area but am even more willing to try out other locations after that experience.

So happy to find a loaded vegan burger and some side options. So many choices for carnivores. Good was great. Services was a little slow, but we had a waitress in training. Besides, we are in vacation, right? Good food :)

We loved it here! Huge choice for meat eaters, vegans or gluten free. Burgers were really flavoursome and juicy. Great poutine also. Drinks came in huge jugs which we loved. Very reasonably priced and lovely staff.

Wow! Where do I even begin? Came in on a busy Friday evening and was greeted and sat right away. Our server Holly let us know how everything works and answered my questions about some menu items. She was extremely kind and very quick! The food came out fast and hot. I ordered the “gettin piggy with it” with fries and gravy. The burger was really good and the fries are crispy. Not to mention they have bottomless fries! Another server named Sarah was kind enough to grab us more fries and anything else we needed as well. Thanks again to Holly for creating such an amazing atmosphere and Sarah for being so kind and helpful. What a great experience.

If this is your first time here, my recommendation is to get the Tragically Maple with Fresh Cut fries. it's just superb oozing with juices as you bite. Also cant go wrong with their poutine it was delicious. Their servers were fast and friendly, and the atmosphere was good. This was a good first impression since this is our first meal after landing in Canada. Thank you!

First time here. The food was outstanding. Started off with the onion ring tower they were amazing, nice crunchy not soggy delicious. I had the pulled pork poutine it was fresh and hot but the BBQ needs to be a little better. Over all it was good. The calamari was great my daughter loved it so much she didn't even share. The s8ter burger was great also.

Good burgers and chips! Taste is wonderfully layered to ensure you enjoy every part of the burger. The chips are perfectly salted and crispy that ensures you enjoy till the last bite. The poutine is so comforting. Add on the very friendly and attentive service and you get such a wonderful dining experience in a very touristy area.
