Always get my hair dye here, this time I wanted to add subtle highlights and go lighter, Employees we’re so incredibly helpful and thanks to the only girls guidance my hair turned out exactly how I wanted ! Really impressed with her knowledge!

Thank you Rachel! I had no idea what I wanted this time, just knew I needed a colour. With Rachel’s help I found a natural colour remover and we decided sunset fade, orange helped cancel out my bothersome blues! I’m loving it. Thank you soo much! Decided an online thank you this time. Definitely seek Rachel if you need advice or ideas.

Update: June 20, 2020. I went to the store on Barton and it was very small but pretty well stocked. I did find the nail polish stock pretty short but that’s to be expected during covid times. The ladies working at the store were very helpful in assisting me to find the specific items I was looking for.I ordered online as there was no stores opened. I ordered building gel and I received an email asking to rate the product. I had not received said product. I called the customer service line and was on hold for 45 minutes only to find out my order was cancelled and not bringing reordered due to unavailability in stock. I had no idea the item was cancelled off my order entirely and still expected to receive it. It would be good if an item wasn’t going ever be available that they would inform the customer so they could find another vendor as opposed to waiting months for naught.

The worst customer service ever!!!!!!! Very rude, careless and unprofessional! The blonde girl (cashier) was extremely unpleasant and had huge attitude! Never ever coming back !! Will make sure share my experience at this store on social media and with all my friends and family. To owner: *some training for your employees and refresher on customer service highly recommended * left without spending a penny! :/ customers, choose a different location if you don’t want to get yourself upset.

The lovely lady with the green hair took the time to walk me through the process of bleaching my hair. Here advise was perfect. I am so happy with the results.Thank you green haired lady

I have never left Sally's without buying something. The staff are usually wonderful. Christmas Eve I went in for a new color. The girl never greeted me and never asked if I needed help. I did because I always change my color. This was a very unpleasant experience especially at Christmas. This was at the Centreall store at 10:30 am. Please speak with this girl.

If I could give a half star I would. The service was terrible and the person who served me was beyond rude because I said I was unsatisfied with having to wait. They blew up immediately on me and tried to kick me out for providing a simple comment.The person raised their voice at me for no reason (screaming levels) And insinuated I was being rude and threatening. When I said something so quietly she asked me to repeat myself.TBH, the associate looked disheveled, unclean and unprofessional, not the best person to be representing a company that supplies beauty products. She also smelled like she was smoking something.I’ll order my product elsewhere going forward. I’d rather online shop than deal with extremely unprofessional staff who scream at me.Avoid this store at all costs.This store needs new staff.

Got the ion darkest charcoal permanent hair dye (developer too) as it was said by the employee to be the best selling permanent hair dye, and dyed my hair sunday. Left it in for almost an hour, was told I could use shampoo to wash it out so I did after an overall rinse. It is now Tuesday and my hair has faded back to my natural colour. Extremely disappointed.

Good inventory. Plenty of free parking in the plaza. Accesible entrance to the store. Great customer service.
