Canalta Hotel Kindersley

This was my first stay at Canalta in Kindersley. The staff was friendly. It was a busy weekend and everything was kept super clean. The common room is lovely and the game room was a great way to keep the kids busy.

We stayed at the Canalta Kindersley in January of 2023, it was for a hockey tournament. There was a sign at the elevator stating that the hotel would like kids to play on the main floor/lobby rather than the hallways. This was amazing, the kids played mini sticks and in the games room provided, while the parents sat in the breakfast room/lobby. It was a great way to interact with everyone and not be bothering people trying to relax or sleep in their rooms. We would definitely stay here again for this sole reason!

It was a nice clean hotel. They provided us with a treat bag upon arrival and extended the pool hours so our children could enjoy it. They also have a small arcade section.The breakfast had some food empty when we went at 6:15 am. That was why we didn't give a 5 star. They did slowly replenish a few hot items but not all.

Being stranded in a snow storm isn't usually this wonderful. We usually drive through Kindersley on our way between Calgary and Saskatoon. I wouldn't have expected to spend Christmas eve in a hotel a few hours from home but this was one of those times an unfortunate situation had a surprising twist. We've stayed in hotels around the world, just came from Canmore & Banff, we're not often blown away by hotel stays. We were so impressed with the design and how amazingly clean it was without smelling like bleach. I admit I was expecting to see a more highly trafficked space being it's located in the oil patch. The carpets throughout looked brand new. The breakfast area was hands down, the best I've ever seen. Spacious and great layout. Beautiful colors and granite counter tops. The pool and hot tub looked brand new, sauna was out of order. It was Christmas and only a few guests, the best part for us was we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff were courteous and checked us in quickly and most politely. Loved it! Will look for Canalta in other locations now. Thanks for the best hotel experience Canalta and staff.

After many hours on the road over the week we were happy to see Kindersley in our sights, as it meant we were getting close to home. We have stayed at a few Canalta hotels and Kindersley by far is the prettiest one we have been to. As always the staff were super friendly and helpful to us with our questions. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub in the morning to help try to fix all the stiff muscles from the road. Will stay here again when we want to explore more of the area

My go to when travelling for work for the past 6 years. Great breakfast, gym, and pool. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are modern, luxurious feeling, clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Easy access right off the highway, with restaurants and other amenities close by.

Over all my stay was excellent rooms were clean and very quiet the only thing was is that I'd you want to watch TV to relax there wasn't much to pick from as lots of the channels were pay view ,but again it was a pleasant place to be

We stay at the Canalta Kindersley about once per week for work. The staff here is excellent! All very friendly and obviously take pride in providing a great atmosphere for their guests. The pool/hot tub/work out room are really nice.I had one stay where I had an issue with my room, and after reaching out to the front desk it was resolved immediately.Thanks Heather + Joy & all staff here!(Incredible breakfast sausages as well. Just some good old fashioned salty meat.)

My family and I stayed here last weekend. We were there for a sledge hockey tournament.The staff went to great lengths to ensure that we go the room that we needed as it was not explained on Expedia very well. The rooms were clean! Even in spots where they can sometimes miss.We had a kitchenette, and it was stocked with everything that we needed. There was plenty of room and it was laid out intelligently!!The pool was very loud as there was a lot going on but the rooms were quiet. The breakfast had sausages and eggs as well as the other normal fair.My son became ill but we had a game on Sunday at 11:30. These lovely people, who went above and beyond all weekend, gave us a check out time of 2:00 PM so that my sick son was able to stay in the room until we were done sledge hockey and ready to go home! So he did not have to sit in the arena, while his siblings played, while he was ill.Thank you to all the staff. We enjoyed staying here last year and this year and will stay here again next years tournament!!

I recently stayed at the Canalta Hotel Kindersly and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you would expect from a hotel.
