Avenue Living - Red Deer Office

Maggie and Teri-Lynn are awesome, friendly, personable and so accommodating! When the first unit didn't fit my needs Teri-Lynn took me to another one that was just right. The unit was vacant and CLEAN.There were a couple of issues that were taken care of by the maintenance staff who are pleasant and did a great job. One job was above and beyond the company's policy so I am very thankful for that.One issue I have is that the washer is for a SMALL top load washer and costs $2.50 per load. Since 2015 it has been the law in Canada that any washer sold must have a locking mechanism on it (to prevent injuries, primarily of children) so it must be over five years old because it does not have one. A front load would do twice the laundry, use half the water and the dryer would use substantially less energy because the high spin speed of a front load washer takes more water out of the clothes. As a chef I  wear a clean jacket and pants daily which I wash and this washer holds two days of my laundry. Teri-Lynn said that she was looking into it so I (and others that I have talked to in the building) hope to see this antique changed out soon. End rant. :)The general cleanliness and condition of the building is top notch. All in all, a great decision on my part. Thank you all, I'm glad I'm here.

Terri-Lynn was amazing helping us getting moved in quick, a couple hiccups along the way but she was able to find us the perfect place for our family.

Just moved to Red Deer and decided to make my home in one of your properties. Nicole helped me through the whole process from showing me the property to signing the lease and move in walkthrough. If it wasn't for Nicole, I may have chosen to move elsewhere. Her customer service was genuine and I firmly believe that she is a valuable asset to your team.

They are very responsible when it comes to tenants' needs. My name is Marc and Ive been with them for 5years and I never thought about leaving because of the best rate in rent and 24hrs service whenever you need something fixed. They make sure everyone is living a safe and secured neighborhood. One of the best thing they did for me is they replaced the entire bath tub in my suite with a new one and repainted the whole bathroom. Now its looking brand new and renovated. Kudos to Avenue Living. Best landlords :)

They were so accommodating and understanding! Very thorough with the inspection and got me in within a period of a day! Fantastic service! Excited to start my new life thanks to avenue living :)

Terrylynn is absolutely incredible! So sweet and accommodating! We were able to move in a few days early with very little notice and the suite was in pretty good condition especially considering us moving in (knowingly) before they did some touch ups and maintenance.Only complaints I have really is there is no electrical outlet in the bathroom... bad news for hair doers and there's no in suite laundry unless you're in a 2 bedroom otherwise it's $5 every load in a shared laundry space. Also, nobody seems to close the outer door which is one of only 2 locked doors to enter the building which is a little nerve wracking but honestly it seems like a good little place to start and the neighbors so far are all incredibly sweet and understanding. We really appreciate terrylynn and avenue living, really excited to get our house looking like our home

Avenue Living has amazing customer service, especially compared to other corporations in red deer. Ciara was professional, super quick with updates, and was very delightful. My partner and I were looking to get an apartment, and within 2 hours she helped us sign the lease papers. It’s not rare to see professionals in this industry be judgmental towards certain clients, which is why we are so thankful that Avenue living has good, caring staff.
