Everything went great from the initial sales contact to the final installation. Rayjans has their own installers and does not hire 3rd party contractors. The windows were installed in February. Cold, but beautiful sunny day. The windows look great. However, I was not happy about the mess that was left behind in both rooms. Not just sawdust, but gritty dirt (probably from the floor protectors they laid down. They didn't look very clean. Sawdust was left between the outside sceen and the window....so first time I open the windows this spring, it blows in all over the floor. They didn't clean the glass after installing (inside or outside). And the wall in one of the rooms was damaged, but not acknowledged. I'm disappointed. We've used Rayjans twice before and were very pleased with the work. It felt like they were rushing.

Very honest company. I was forewarned that there would be a delay, but as soon as it was time, things went quickly and smoothly. As I could not be home at the time, my mother was there while they worked. She was very impressed with their professionalism. They took great care with the installation and cleaned up what little mess they made.

We had outstanding service from start to finish. Office staff was helpful, and the installers did a quick, efficient and thorough job. We're very happy with the total experience! We would definitely do business with RayJans again.
